★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 3 settimane di chiamate al numero 071/64583 e solleciti (sia telefonici, che recandoci fisicamente in sede) per richiedere assistenza a seguito di malfunzionamento della caldaia, ricevo solo scuse e mancati appuntamenti.
Problema risolto con altro operatore.
After 3 weeks of calls to the number 071/64583 and reminders (both by telephone and by physically going to the office) to request assistance following a boiler malfunction, I only receive apologies and missed appointments.
Problem solved with another operator.
