Mai più!!! Con i soldi sono precisi guardacaso, ma con il resto é tutta una fregatura! Ah dimenticavo, addirittura ci sono elementi attaccati con il biadesivo!!! no comment... Poor professionalism, you pay everything right away and then a thousand excuses, mistakes and chilling editing, to then cheat the customer by asking for a hand because they are in difficulty, saving on the editors. Never again!!! With money they are precise guardacaso, but with the rest it's all a rip-off! Oh I forgot, even there are elements attached with the double-sided tape !!! no comment...

Very nice kitchens and furnishings but totally listless and rude staff, we asked for a quote for a kitchen and we have been waiting for a phone call for 4 weeks! but honestly we don't even care anymore, it's not the way to earn and treat people.

Mi sono rifiutato di versare l ultimo 10% rimasto fino a quando non avrebbero sistemato i DANNI. Morale della favola,non si sono più visti e dopo diverso tempo, hanno avuto il coraggio di farmi scrivere dal loro avvocato per la cifra che loro ancora spettava con la mia cucina ancora nelle condizioni in cui l avevano montata! IMBARAZZANTI! I bought a "very normal" kitchen: at the end of the assembly the doors were already crooked and the box where I should have inserted the oven had "light" for 3 cm (which was unthinkable on a "made to measure" kitchen). I refused to pay the last 10% left until the DAMAGES were fixed. Moral of the story, they never saw each other again and after some time, they had the courage to have me write by their lawyer for the amount that they still owed with my kitchen still in the conditions in which they had mounted it! EMBARASSING!

Avendo già avuto dei problemi con il venditore di Senigallia, ho provato a contattare il venditore di Ancona ma mi hanno rimandato a chi mi ha venduto l'armadio nella sede di Senigallia. Ho firmato un contratto per 2 ripiani che nel 2015 costavano 25 euro l uno e ora 50; chiedo se è possibile uno sconto, ma mi è stato negato perché li mettevano in produzione per me. Firmo il contratto di acquisto, aspetto 2 mesi e mi arrivano 2 ripiani sbagliati con dimensioni diverse e con aggancio non corretto. La pezza è peggiore del danno, la proposta del venditore è di farmi avere altre 2 mensole non uguali ma adattabili da un loro installatore pagando un sovrapprezzo di 50 euro totali. Ho ridato indietro i ripiani, ripreso i soldi e Adios! Mai più! In risposta: bastava dirlo subito e non dopo aver ricevuto i ripiani! Senza parole! Chilling! I found myself not bad, but very bad. Having already had some problems with the seller in Senigallia, I tried to contact the seller in Ancona but they sent me back to whoever sold me the wardrobe in the Senigallia office. I signed a contract for 2 shelves which in 2015 cost 25 euros each and now 50; I ask if a discount is possible, but I was denied because they put them into production for me. I sign the purchase contract, wait 2 months and I get 2 wrong shelves with different dimensions and with incorrect hooking. The piece is worse than the damage, the seller's proposal is to let me have 2 more shelves not the same but adaptable by one of their installers by paying a total surcharge of 50 euros. I gave the shelves back, got the money back and Adios! Never again! In response: it was enough to say it immediately and not after receiving the shelves! Without words!

F	Fabio Galletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di mobili su misura particolari, da adattare in spazi ristretti, e dei consigli di arredo per altre stanze (da solo non avrei saputo dove mettere le mani). Son molto contento del risultato, prodotti moderni, ampia scelta cromatica per personalizzare e tutto made in Italy. Costa più di Ikea e mondoconvenienza ovviamente, ma per le cose usate più frequentemente ci vuole la roba buona (e non ti regala niente nessuno). Spero i mobili saranno eterni come promesso, ma ve lo saprò dire solo fra 20 anni ? Per il momento sono molto contento. Soprattutto delle sedie, su cui ho speso leggermente un po' più di quanto avevo in mente, ma hanno reso elegante tutto il soggiorno e ogni volta che le vedo sono felice. I needed special custom-made furniture, to fit in confined spaces, and furnishing tips for other rooms (I wouldn't have known where to put my hands alone). I am very happy with the result, modern products, a wide choice of colors to customize and all made in Italy. It costs more than Ikea and worldconvenience of course, but for the most frequently used things you need the good stuff (and nobody gives you anything). I hope the furniture will be eternal as promised, but I will only be able to tell you in 20 years ? For the moment I am very happy. Especially the chairs, on which I spent slightly a little more than I had in mind, but they made the whole living room elegant and every time I see them I am happy.
