Anche dopo aver sottolineato le problematiche emerse durante i lavori (che si potevano correggere con un secondo intervento) non hanno battuto ciglio e l'unica domanda che mi è stata fatta è se volevo continuare a fare il controllo caldaia con loro... penosi... Little expertise and half-finished jobs. Not recommended. Even after underlining the problems that emerged during the works (which could be corrected with a second intervention) they did not bat an eyelid and the only question I was asked was if I wanted to continue to do the boiler check with them ... painful. ..

Al mio rimprovero, non ha saputo dirmi altro che non avevo la mascherina ( che peraltro non era indossata nemmeno dal collega alla sua destra). The clerk with the bracelets on his right wrist was swearing on the phone. To my reproach, he could not tell me anything else that I did not have a mask (which was not even worn by the colleague on his right).

Anni fa li contattai per la riparazione di una caldaia non installata da loro...mi hanno mandato un tecnico che mi ha fatto, visto che c'era, la prova fumi e non il bollino verde nonostante lo avessi esplicitamente chiesto...ma non ha riparato la caldaia, non c'è riuscito!!!!! Secondo loro era da sostituire, era vecchia, aveva ormai 5 anni!!!!! Me lo dissero sin da subito!!!!! Mi è sembrato un comportamento ambiguo, parecchio ambiguo, così contattai un altro installatore che mi riparò tempestivamente il danno....compreso quello provocato dal tecnico tsm!!!! Prima ed ultima esperienza con questa azienda, pessimi. No, we're not right there .... Years ago I contacted them for the repair of a boiler not installed by them ... they sent me a technician who asked me, since there was, the fumes test and not the green stamp even though I had explicitly asked ... but he did not repair the boiler, he failed !!!!! According to them it was to be replaced, it was old, it was now 5 years old !!!!! They told me right away !!!!! It seemed to me an ambiguous behavior, quite ambiguous, so I contacted another installer who promptly repaired the damage to me .... including that caused by the tsm technician !!!! First and last experience with this company, very bad.

A	Angel Venos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, la caldaia ha avuto sempre problemi ogni volta che ci mettevano le mani.Ho prenotato 10gg prima per fare la classica assistenza della caldaia, nel frattempo si era rotto il fusibile che fa arrivare l'acqua calda, chiamo lunedì, per accertarmi che sarebbero venuti martedi Be' nn si è presentato nessuno. Ho chiamato una mattinata intera, mi rispondono che il tecnico sarebbe arrivato.Non si è mai visto nessuno e mi hanno lasciato senza spiegazioni. Ho chiamato subito un l'atro tecnico della mia zona che mi ha risolto il problema in due secondi.
