Avevo già sentito parlare dei loro prodotti e, finalmente, si era presentata l'occasione giusta per gustare un panino diverso dallo standard. CHE DELUSIONE! Hot dog arrivato con pane ripiegato su se stesso, due wurstel messi lì a caso e basta. Non una salsa, nulla! Altro panino di cui non ricordo il nome ma rimasto impresso per la marmellata di rose ... ingredienti che facevano a pugni tra loro. Nessuna armonia di sapore, niente, e rimarco il niente, di straordinario...ma neanche ordinario! Peccato! I have to admit I'm a little sorry for what I'm about to write but it's my experience. Il posto è piccolo ma accogliente, al suo interno ha 5 tavolini ma possiede anche un dehors. Il menù, come il nome del locale, è particolare. Difatti di tratta di un menù giocoso scritto in ternano facendo l'occhiolino alla lingua inglese. Il personale è cortese e alla mano, in caso di necessità pronto a consigliare e aiutare. In questo locale, oltre a cena si può prendere un aperitivo. Il menù conprende: affettati e formaggi, fegatelli, crostoni e hamburger. Dal lunedì al giovedì, su prenotazione, è possibile fare il giro 'mburger, che comprende mini hamburger a volontà incluso di patate e bevanda. Noi abbiamo preso: - Cucuzza: hamburger con crema di zucca, peperoncino, miele, pancetta, pecorino e castagne. - Lu Sammalindinu: hamburger, marmellata di rose, zucchine, granella di pistacchio, melanzane alla contadina, pancetta e formaggio - Patate L'hamburger è fatto dal macellaio di fiducia, 180gr di carne mista maiale, manzo e bianca, parmigiano, pane grattugiato e aromi naturali.
