Cortesia nel servizio. Il menù è molto interessante sia per i piatti che propone, sia per gli ingredienti freschissimi che impiega. Ho provato sia gli hamburger che le pizze e sono rimasta super soddisfatta in entrambe le occasioni. Unico difetto: la porta con la fotocellula posta proprio davanti alla cassa con un ingresso così stretto. Infatti la fotocellula fa si che ogni volta che qualcuno va a pagare o esce e si ferma davanti al locale per fumare entri il freddo e vada addosso alle persone sedute ai tavoli. Nonostante ciò bisogna anche dire che lo staff è attentissimo ai bisogni della clientela e non si risparmia con il riscaldamento per ovviare al problema. I love this place, it's a little gem. In fact, the photocell means that every time someone goes to pay or goes out and stops in front of the room to smoke, the cold enters and goes to the people sitting at the tables. Despite this it must also be said that the staff is very attentive to the needs of customers and does not spare themselves with heating to overcome the problem.

Quindi niente, siamo state costrette a farci incartare tutto. Purtroppo ci sono stati tempi biblici anche al momento dell'ordine e degli antipasti che sono arrivati tutti scaglionati. Ci siamo sedute massimo alle 21,00 e ci siamo alzate tipo a mezzanotte. Purtroppo nonostante cibo e posto molto buoni non ci tornerei
I	Iole Vicinanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siamo stati spesso in questo locale e abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo, pagato il giusto e non sofferto il servizio. ieri, per la prima volta, abbiamo ordinato con consegna a domicilio e non è andata bene come immaginavamo. Abbiamo ordinato sul tardi, saranno state le 21.10 o poco più, consci del possibile problema abbiamo detto chiaramente di poter aspettare tanto quanto necessario. La ragazza al telefono prima ci ha detto di dover verificare se avesse ragazzi a disposizione per la consegna visto l'orario, poi ci ha assicurato che, ad ogni modo, ci avrebbe richiamato per confermare o meno loro disponibilità. Abbiamo fatto l'ordinazione, anche bella sostanziosa (con due pucce, una vegetariana al burger di ceci e una al tomino, un hamburger pistacchino e una pizza alla pala farcita) e abbiamo aspettato fiduciosi di essere richiamati...Se non avessimo richiamato noi dopo 20 minuti d'attesa, probabilmente, staremo ancora aspettando. Ad ogni modo la consegna ci è arrivata poco dopo le 22 (sono stati molto rapidi, certo, ma va detto che viviamo a 200metri di distanza dal ristorante)e il fattorino si è beccato 3€ di mancia, senza neanche ringraziare! La celerità non l'abbiamo pagata solo con scarsa riconoscenza e maleducazione, ma anche con pizza e pucce bruciacchiate, buonissime, certo, ma comunque più cotte del dovuto. We paid for our speed not only with scant gratitude and rudeness, but also with burnt pizza and pucce, very good, of course, but more cooked than necessary. What can I say, in person it is another thing, but in times of restrictions you can also try it at home, as long as a minimum tip!
