 A surprising rudeness, the pharmacist attacked me for no reason and even mocked me for the nature of the product I had to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia è molto ben fornita, anche di zecche che ti fanno sentire uno stupido, mettendoti in condizioni di imbarazzo. Comprendo i miei sbagli, ma non c'è bisogno di rimarcare il problema. La gentilezza è tutto e qui non c'è, perlomeno con la cassiera bionda, che appena fiutato un problema si è subito messa sulla difensiva. Ho cercato di essere cordiale nonostante tutto ma niente. Non credo che tornerò a servirmi in questa farmacia, veramente una sgradevole esperienza
The pharmacy is very well stocked, even with ticks that make you feel stupid, putting you in a state of embarrassment. I understand my mistakes, but there is no need to point out the problem. Kindness is everything and here there is not, at least with the blonde cashier, who just sensed a problem immediately put herself on the defensive. I tried to be friendly despite everything but nothing. I don't think I will come back to serve myself in this pharmacy, really an unpleasant experience

I must say very kind it is the first time that I go and certainly I go often, to make the tampons they are very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia certo non è il luogo dove poter effettuare spese superflue (o perlomeno non mirate). Io l'ho visitata per l'acquisto di prodotti per la celiachia. È molto fornita e anche con prodotti artigianali. Personale gentile e disponibile
The pharmacy is certainly not the place where you can make unnecessary (or at least not targeted) expenses. I visited her for the purchase of products for celiac disease. It is well stocked and also with artisanal products. Friendly and helpful staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesto un tampone per mio figlio alle 19.05 dopo aver ascoltato tramite la segreteria telefonica che l orario per i suddetti era valido fino alle 19.30. La signorina della farmacia mi ha detto che avevano già chiuso il servizio e che avrebbero cambiato l annuncio telefonico.
Requested a swab for my son at 19.05 after hearing on the answering machine that the timetable for the aforementioned was valid until 19.30. The lady from the pharmacy told me that they had already closed the service and would change the telephone announcement.
