Effettuo due tamponi a settimana e il più delle volte nonostante abbia l' appuntamento vengo preceduta da chi non lo ha ( ma capendo il momento ) la recensione negativa non è per questo! Oggi trovandomi nell' area esterna in attesa del risultato stavo fumando una sigaretta e sentendomi chiamare l' ho gettata istintivamente a terra, sentendomi dare pubblicamente dell' incivile! Mi sono scusata e l' ho raccolta subito sapendo che comunque non esiste nulla dove buttarle! Alla luce di ciò e capendo di nuovo il momento ( molto difficile anche per me che devo pagare per lavorare )chiederei cortesemente di attrezzarvi visto che i tempi di attesa a volte sono un po' troppo lunghi e ci sta' che la gente fumi Courtesy and kindness of all the employees, much less for one of the owner's two daughters!
