S	Sandro Casadei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi gli hamburger, sicuramente superiori alla media per gli standard della città. Locale tutto sommato carino e personale gentile. Unica pecca il fatto che gli abiti si impregnano di odore di frittura in maniera decisamente eccessiva. Presto proverò anche le bistecche che hanno un aspetto invitante. Il giudizio è comunque favorevole. Excellent burgers, certainly above average by city standards. All in all nice and friendly staff. The only flaw is the fact that the clothes become soaked with the smell of frying in a decidedly excessive way. I will also try the steaks soon which look tempting. The judgment is however favorable.

I prezzi probabilmente non sono tra i più modici della città ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. In 4 abbiamo speso circa 90€ mangiando 1 antipasto di olive ascolane, 1 porzione di mozzarelline, 1 porzione di anelli fritti di cipolla, 3 hamburger (panini enormi con contorno),1 pluma di maialino (SPETTACOLARE!). Consigliatissimo!! In the center of Terni, tasty dishes and extremely polite and professional service. The prices are probably not among the lowest in the city but it is absolutely worth it. The 4 of us spent about 90 € eating 1 starter of Ascoli olives, 1 portion of mozzarella, 1 portion of fried onion rings, 3 burgers (huge sandwiches with side dish), 1 pork pluma (SPECTACULAR!). Highly recommended !!

I pareri in merito erano contrastanti, per questo motivo andarci è stata una bella sorpresa. Il posto è molto in stile "urban" e confortevole, il personale cordiale, disponibile, giovane. La cosa che ci ha stupiti di più è il nome del ristorante, che potrebbe trarre in inganno. È vero, il menù offre vari tipi di pizza al testo, ma anche una vasta scelta di altre cose. Da hamburger, antipasti, primi, secondi, carne, contorni, fritti... Insomma, era quasi difficile scegliere!! Alla fine abbiamo preso il tagliere più grande e due secondi di carne accompagnati dalla buonissima rossa "Hibu" e per finire un tiramisù. Ovviamente, al posto del pane, i piatti venivano accompagnati da piccoli pezzi di pizza al testo, che risultava soffice e per nulla pesante. Tutto molto delizioso! Ci torneremo sicuramente. The place is very "urban" and comfortable, the staff are friendly, helpful, young. The thing that amazed us the most is the name of the restaurant, which could be misleading. True, the menu offers various types of pizza al testo, but also a wide choice of other things. From hamburgers, appetizers, first courses, second courses, meat, side dishes, fried ... In short, it was almost difficult to choose !! At the end we took the largest platter and two main courses of meat accompanied by the delicious red "Hibu" and finally a tiramisu. Obviously, instead of bread, the dishes were accompanied by small pieces of pizza al testo, which was soft and not heavy at all. All very delicious! We will definitely be back.

Si tratta di un impasto di acqua, farina e sale, con forma piatta e rotonda, farcito in vari modi e cotto al forno. Il menù offre vari tipi di pizza al testo: salsiccia con broccoletti o peperoni o scamorza, prosciutto con melanzane o zucchine o caciotta o mozzarella, vegetariane e pizze speciali, come la pizza al tonno, pomodori e cipolla rossa. Le pizze al testo sono discretamente farcite e con una buona cottura al forno. E' possibile ordinare anche antipasti, alcune fritture, carne alla brace (braciola, tagliata, grigliata mista), hamburger, svariati contorni nonchè trippa alla romana, fagioli con le cotiche e la classica coratella, tutto di buona fattura. Come bevande troviamo birre, vini bianchi e rossi con una discreta scelta e la classica acqua minerale. Un pasto composto da una pizza speciale (od un secondo) con un contorno, boccale di birra o bicchiere di vino ed acqua piccola viene sui 18 euro a persona. Il costo è destinato a salire se si scelgono portate di pregio, come la tagliata di angus. Local specialized in pizza (or savory pie) al testo (also called crescia or ciaccia), which is a typical product of Umbria. It is a mixture of water, flour and salt, with a flat and round shape, stuffed in various ways and baked in the oven. The menu offers various types of pizza al testo: sausage with broccoli or peppers or scamorza, ham with eggplant or zucchini or caciotta or mozzarella, vegetarian and special pizzas, such as pizza with tuna, tomatoes and red onion. The pizzas al testo are discreetly stuffed and with a good oven cooking. It is also possible to order appetizers, some fries, grilled meat (chop, sliced, mixed grill), burgers, various side dishes as well as Roman tripe, beans with pork rinds and the classic offal, all well made. As drinks we find beers, white and red wines with a decent choice and the classic mineral water. A meal consisting of a special pizza (or a main course) with a side dish, a mug of beer or a glass of wine and a small water is around 18 euros per person. The cost is bound to rise if you choose high-quality dishes, such as tagliata di angus.
