Buona anche la pizza al formaggio in periodo pasquale. My favorite pizza by the slice in Terni, low dough that is not chewy, excellent ingredients. All good, my favorite is the white pizza. The cheese pizza during Easter is also good.

L'ho squadrata bene e ho intuito che quella doveva essere buona. Tornato stasera ho acquistato bianca, mozzarella e funghi rossa. Finalmente un'impasto non particolarmente oleoso e senza retrogusti strani, pasta non alta non bassa ,giusta , condimento ottimo, cottura ideale, con fondo croccante, come la fanno nelle pizzerie a roma. Chi abita a roma sa che buona pizza fanno. Credo che tornero' sicuramente da loro. parola di fornaio/pizzaiolo. Nonostante la posizione centralissima si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare nei pressi del punto vendita è questa non è cosa di poco conto. Il locale è piuttosto piccolino ed è facile dover fare la fila nonostante offrano un servizio molto rapido. Notevole la varietà di pizze che preparano, davvero per tutti i gusti e tutte le esigenze. La pizza e spettacolare perché il loro impasto è sottile, ben fatto e realizzato con materie prime di ottima qualità. Io ho assaggiato sua la pizza alla cipolla che quella bianca e sono superlstive, così come i supplì davvero favolosi. Hanno anche una discreta varietà di dolci che non avendo assaggiato non potrei giudicare anche se l'ottimo aspetto lascia presagire anche un ottimo sapore. Pizze per tutti giusti dalla classica bianca sale e rosmarino alle farcite con cotto, mortadella e spinaci. Molto apprezzata a tutte le ore. Buona selezione anche di dolci e bevande. Il pezzo forte inutile dirlo sono le pizze. Rapporto qualità prezzo ci siamo , ho acquistato 5 pezzi da asporto ( 2 bianche, 2 farcite e 1 Margherita ) per una spesa do 6,20€ in linea con l’asporto al taglio. Si può pagare sia in contanti che con il bancomat che poi si questi tempi no fa male ? Raccomandata Pizzeria by the slice and pastry shop a few steps from the center of Terni.
