★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked at how slowly they were moving through the massive mob of customers at the three registers (couldn't call it a line as there was no visible line in sight). The food must be decent as there were so many people there, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was more just the concept of "American food" and "fast" (?) service. I was interested in experiencing a European take on fast food, but I suppose I'll never really know how it is. Thus, I am giving 2 stars since I didn't try the food.

From the well thought out menu and combos, to the cashier that accommodated us by helping us out with our limited Italian, to the order that was perfect (including all our changes), the delicious beer, the outstanding burguer and the Nespresso coffee to wrap it up.
We arrived just before 14:00 on a Saturday, and despite having a small line of people already ordering we were seated and served in less than 15 min. However when we left, there was a HUGE line waiting to order in the cashier, as there's no table service. So you're advised, but even if you have to wait a little longer, it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice easy-to-use video screens that you can choose English on greatly helped our ordering process. Pictures and prices are easy to understand and the machine took our credit cards first try. The food was good and we ate too quickly for picture's. Will add picture's when we go back.
