★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location si presenta bene rispetto ad altri rivenditori, dove spesso sembra di essere in una officina rispetto ad un concessionario...male invece l'elasticità relativamente alla scontistica! Mi spiego meglio, sono stato qui in due occasioni diverse, ha distanza di sette mesi per un preventivo d'acquisto e mai sono andati oltre l'offerta prevista dalla casa madre (piaggio). Per carità, è probabile che il margine di sconto sia di per sé risicato rispetto a quello che costa loro un motociclo, però uno sconto simbolico di almeno 100 euro per far "abboccare" il cliente, è la base di qualsiasi venditore...per me è no!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato alla vera sport dopo aver visto altri scooter per valutare l'acquisto di un 300 ruote alte, a parte lo scooter che mi è piaciuto subito ho trovato un personale accogliente e disponibile. Lunedì son stato a visionarlo ed il mercoledì ero lì ad acquistarlo. Nonostante l'orario di chiusura fosse alle 19 ho chiamato x avvisare del mio arrivo verso l orario di chiusura, nonostante ciò ho avuto dedicato il tempo necessario alla scelta colore ed optional. Ho ritirato lo scooter un ragazzo Dell officina mi ha illustrato ogni caratteristica del mezzo. Esperienza positiva, ora spero lo sia anche il mezzo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia non è stata un’esperienza positiva, ho comprato un MP3 300 CC ancora euro quattro e dopo una settimana (100km) , visto che non riuscivo a guidarlo, ho chiesto di cambiarlo anche rimettendoci qualcosa, e mi è stato sgarbatamente detto di NO.
Ho speso 6700 € tutto compreso e non ricordo una vostra offerta, mi avete piuttosto detto che mi avreste segnalato qualcuno interessato. Mai più sentito nessuno di voi. Quale sarebbe stata la proposta, la moto ha ancora 100 km.
Mine was not a positive experience, I bought an MP3 300 CC still euro four and after a week (100km), since I couldn't drive it, I asked to change it even putting something back on it, and I was rudely told NO .
I spent € 6700 all inclusive and I don't remember an offer from you, you rather told me that you would refer me to someone interested. Never heard of any of you again. What would have been the proposal, the bike still has 100 km.

Oltre che aver avuto tutto questo nel mio caso di acquisto di una moto nuova, ho avuto modo di notarli alle prese con dei clienti "difficili" mentre aspettavo il mio turno, che se fossi stato al posto loro non so se avrei avuto la stessa pazienza a ripetere 20 volte le stesse informazioni basilari e far vedere 3-4 mezzi diversissimi alcuni dei quali nemmeno utilizzabili per l'età dell'acquirente, indice di clienti totalmente impreparati. La loro officina mi sembra funzioni benone e sono centro Prime Service Piaggio, cioè standard garantito con le ultimissime strumentazioni diagnostiche specifiche per Piaggio. A presto con i primi 1000km.
