Il giro in gondola viene offerto a 32 € a persona senza precisare che viene svolto in gruppo. Il tuor isole viene venduto col giro isole : San Giorgio, murano, Burano e Torricella ; il servizio viene svolto da altri committenti e San Giorgio non è prestato alla visita.
Io mi sento derubato! Mai più
Experience to say the least trofaldina! description in their site of services, or missing info about offers ride Gondolas and islands.
The gondola ride is offered at € 32 per person without specifying that it takes place in a group. The islands are sold with islands: San Giorgio, Murano, Burano and Torricella; the service is carried out by other clients and San Giorgio is not lent to the visit.
I feel robbed! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a tour and arrived to the meeting point 15 minutes before schedule and nobody from the agency arrived. There were other tour gides but not from our agency and we asked to them if they know "Very viva Venice" but they did not recognize the name so I tried to made contact directly with the travel agency but they never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit after the response below: why would I open the voucher if I had all the information already available (well all except that one...) we were at the meeting point at 15h41 for a tour supposed to start at 15h45... how does that make other people wait ? Why didn't you contact us if we were late seeing how you had our contact info ?
At 15h41 there was already no one there from.your tour... and then by the time we noticed our tour wasn't there after asking to other groups and making the queue for other meeting points well it was 16... it's a walking tour you could've arrange for us to join on the go or at least acknowledge our messages but you didn't...
Worst tour experience in my life... we booked the tour via GetYourGuide, we arrived at 15h41 at the meeting point but no-one there were a couple of groups and tour guides so we search for ours... we quickly realised our tour wasn't there so we waited a bit thinking that the guide tour was late... we sent a text a bit later (at 16:00) to know where the guide was... the local partner saw our messages but never bothered to answer except via getyourguide... he is now charging us for the tour...
In conclusion, unprofessional for not answering back, for either leaving before the time and even before everyone was there...
