★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venice Airport has improved a lot in the last years. It is now more suitable for the huge seasonal volume of tourists.
Customer service has improved but still poor in some of the coffee shops and outlets.
Services such as toilets are mostly good with some exception for queues during busy hours.
The vending machines seem to be not reliable as I have lost 2 euros without being able to get the coffe and without being able to get the coins back
Overall the experience has improved in the last 3 years however some issue with bust transport still exist, for example there is still no difference between priority and non-priority tickets during boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small airport easy to get through, unfortunately the picture windows are so fogged and dirty you can't see outside, and the outdoor patio is closed while the smoking room is being expanded. Encouraging cancer while not allowing one to get a breath of fresh air is a strange mix of priorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful airport. Arrived during the day and the way the natural light had the whole place looking so majestic.
They have a bit of everything. If renting a car it is in a new location so that was the only confusing piece. The layout is very simple and is fairly easy to navigate. Everything is in English and Italian and certain airline areas such as Lufthansa will have German as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a decent airport and pleasant experience for me overall. If you’ll go to water transport area, be ready to walk for 10-15 minutes. I like the view of Italian Alps from the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for a night and it was a very clean, calm and good airport.
You can't sleep there because of the chairs. They are not comfortable because of handles, material, and design so you can't sleep easily.
There are lots of restrooms all over the airport.
Also l, there are lots of charging points for laptops, mobiles, and... .
If you want to come to the airport from Venice island, go to the bus terminal and take the bus number "5".
It's faster, the frequency of buses is more than boats to the airport, and it's cheaper.,
The stores in the airport are close from 12 to 3am, so be sure if you want to buy something. By the way, there is a vending machine at the right end of the airport for those hours (it has coffe machine, snacks, and water)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this airport several times. Currently with COVID-19 restrictions in place, there is only one entrance and exit into the airport. You cannot enter the airport without a ticket and must wait outside if you're picking someone up. The entrance to the airport is located on the furthest left entrance of the first floor, while exit is located on the furthest right exit on the ground floor.
Have your green pass/COVID cards ready as they check before you go through security. Security is typical and they try to move people as quick as possible.
There's a lot of amenities once past security checkpoint with duty free, shops, and food available for purchase. Typically you'll get on a bus to get to your plane so expect that at this airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good outstanding kind wheelchair assist. The guy helping me was amazing and went above and beyond. Was even kind about the trip. Love knowing this will be my frequent airport and the people working here are so wonderful. Also very clean and well organized. Seriously loved it.
