★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avermi recato in Veneta ribaltabili con mio semirimorchio, allestito da loro, ho chiesto se c'era possibilità di fare una modifica al telaio e la sostituzione di piantoni del portalamiere. Dopo la visione del lavoro da fare, responsabile mi ha detto che in un paio di giorni mi avrebbe mandato il preventivo. Adesso, dopo un anno e svariati solleciti, STO ANCORA ASPETTANDO!
Ii bello è che volevo acquistare altri 2 di nuovi.... ma se questo è il servizio di post vendita e meglio che vado da un'altra parte.
After taking me to Veneta tipper with my semitrailer, set up by them, I asked if there was a possibility to make a modification to the chassis and to replace the slat pillars. After watching the work to be done, the manager told me that he would send me the budget in a couple of days. Now, after a year and several reminders, I AM STILL WAITING!
The nice thing is that I wanted to buy 2 more new ones .... but if this is the after-sales service I better go somewhere else.
