Non posso certo dare tutta la colpa all'agenzia in questo caso ma gestire dei proprietari che si interfacciano con possibili affittuari in questo modo e' davero sgradevole. mi rendo conto che le agenzie sono intermediari ma e' necessario che si comportino come tali garantendo entrambe le parti. I'm sorry to give a negative review but my experience has been really bad. I certainly can not blame the agency in this case but managing owners who interface with possible tenants in this way is really unpleasant. I realize that the agencies are intermediaries but it is necessary that they behave as such guaranteeing both parties.

A	Alessandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A coloro che pensano di entrare oggi nel mercato immobiliare e di collaborare o lavorare per questa agenzia, ed in modo particolare nella divisione industriale, dico di lasciare stare. Non mi dilungo sul colloquio di lavoro. Io mi sono fidato ed ho voluto credere in un percorso. Perdereste solo tempo, nessuna gratificazione professionale, personale ed economica. La struttura di vendita è composta dal titolare e da un suo parente. Non è un ambiente stimolante, l'ultimo arrivato non si sente parte di un gruppo, di una squadra. Personalmente non mi sono trovato bene. Fareste nell'assoluta solitudine soltanto ricerca di immobili e ricerca di potenziali acquirenti o conduttori. Le segretarie/assistenti non vi fisseranno nemmeno un appuntamento sugli immobili che avete faticosamente trovato; quando e se li fisseranno, all'appuntamento con il cliente, ci andrà il titolare, il parente o addirittura un'assistente. Perché? Perché il cliente è loro. Che senso ha dunque stare in un' agenzia, farle anche della pubblicità in zona quando devi preoccuparti di procacciare gli immobili, i compratori, fissarti e confermarti anche gli appuntamenti? Nonostante avessi fatto notare in un paio di occasioni questa ambiguità, manifestato le mie difficoltà ed il mio disappunto, la colpa era sempre mia oppure ero io ad aver frainteso. Fare appuntamenti e di conseguenza fatturare in certe condizioni era impossibile. Ho voluto provarci, però, dopo poco tempo, ho ringraziato e sono andato via, lasciando alla struttura ciò che avevo procacciato. Making appointments and consequently billing under certain conditions was impossible. I wanted to try, however, after a short time, I thanked and left, leaving the structure what I had procured.

Basti pensare che dopo due anni di vani tentativi per cercare di vendere il nostro appartamento con altre agenzie immobiliari, grazie a Vendocasa in soli 3 mesi siamo riusciti a concludere una vendita di poco al di sotto delle nostra richiesta.
