Locale storico sulle prime colline piacentine della val trebbia, quì potete assaggiare la famosa Bürtléina (bortellina)
Un impasto di farina uovo strutto e acqua.
Un piatto semplice che se cucinato a dovere (deve essere fritto in modo da risultare croccante all’esterno e morbido all’interno) diventa un perfetto accompagnamento per salumi e formaggi.
E così è in questo locale!
Porzioni abbondanti di salumi e formaggi nonché dì bortellina vi saziano a dovere, accompagnate il tutto con una caraffa di vino della casa, bevendo dalle caratteristiche scodelline!
Nostro figlio a preso una pizza alla mozzarella di bufala e devo dire che non è per niente male.
Per finire abbiamo preso due semifreddi al limone e un gelato con le fragole.

Historic restaurant on the first Piacenza hills of the trebbia valley, here you can taste the famous Bürtléina (bortellina)
A mixture of lard egg flour and water.
A simple dish that if cooked properly (it must be fried so as to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside) becomes a perfect accompaniment to meats and cheeses.
And so it is in this place!
Generous portions of cold cuts and cheeses as well as bortellina will satisfy you properly, accompanied with a carafe of house wine, drinking from the characteristic bowls!
Our son got a buffalo mozzarella pizza and I must say it's not bad at all.
Finally we had two lemon parfaits and an ice cream with strawberries.
