★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cross in this place and when I return to México, I open it and the cross was broken. I totally lost the cross out of my sight when they offer to wrap it up. The wrap up seem very good to broke it inside. I don't know if they change it or the wrap up is not very efficient. I recomend you not loose the things you bought out of your sight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. We were persuaded to go by a travel company, Tauck, Florence Horry to be exact. We bought a 7k piece of art glass that was sent to us- broken in 3 places! It took 6 months to get the refund. They don’t care. It’s all about the money. We had to hire an Italian outside representative to handle and only b:c of him we have this refund- which we would not have if not for him-they don’t care!! Do not buy from them! It’s all about $ !

We visited Vecchia Murano at the end of July and purchased a very expensive vase. The salesman (Andron C.) went through seemingly elaborate steps of recording the vase's unique identification number and copied this information to our receipt, which gave me the impression that there was a uniqueness to the glass work we had had purchased. Fortunately for me, I took a picture of the vase we bought because when examining the one we received (it was shipped to the US), it became apparent that the vase had been swapped for another similar vase. Additionally, their "signature of authenticity" is a sticker that is not unique in any way and could be applied to glass purchased from Walmart if they chose to do so.
When I emailed asking for an explanation, they asked for pictures, which I provided. Since then, I have received no response despite repeated attempts to get updates. Please consider yourself warned. I would recommend purchasing from a seller that can guarantee authenticity of the art they sell and would NEVER try to con one of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crafts are very beautiful and exceptional, so are the prices. Really exceptional! Also the glass blowing guy is very good - the kids loved it. I was worried not to break anything... No photos allowed ☹️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting the glass factory and being amazed by all the beautiful pieces, we decided to buy a 6 piece set of lavender wine glasses and a decanter. They offered to ship it back to the States for us, and we agreed. 3-4 weeks later the shipment arrived as promised, but was in the completely wrong color. After calling and emailing the contact information on our receipt multiple times, we did not heard back from the shop. So it feels like we wasted hundreds of dollars for a less than flattering color than we agreed to buy in the store. I would not do business here again in order to avoid this mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here a little less then a month ago. Saw the guy making the glass. Which was pretty nice. Went inside the store and there were a lot of nice glasses. I was skeptical at first about buying glasses and having them shipped back to the US (I wanted it engraved). I decided to just order them, they said I would receive it in about 4 weeks. I ended up receiving the glasses in 3 weeks and they were not broken (the packaging was phenomenal) and just as beautiful as when I saw them there. I could not be any more happier and relieved!
