Came with my wife. We were looking to buy a nice item to take home. We were told only groups were allowed in. When we said we didn't want the demo, just to see the shop, we were told that we needed to be in a group just to see a show room. Incredibly stupid, can't understand why they didn't want our business. Weird, don't waste your time.

I bought expensive glass, decanter and tray set that they showed in presentation. But when i received the package mailed to me had different product and cheap one, not the same I ordered. I have sent them email for refund and return process. Waiting for their reply.

Hi level of customer service which matched our products !! We are so happy with our purchase. We had a concern with one of the glasses after we reached home in the U.S. and they were prompt and efficient at making things right for us.

I saw the glass blowing sign, looked like something I might be interested in. As I walked over the small bridge towards the entrance I had my first experience meeting an Italian, unfortunately the gentleman who represented the company abruptly halted my progress with "Next Bridge", meaning don't come in here, walk over the next bridge. I explained I wanted to see the glass, could I not even look at the panels in the doors? He retorted "This is private property", I gestured towards a group of Chinese people who appeared to be leaving the premises and asked if they lived there. He replied that they were part of a private tour. If you want fewer people to attempt to enter your premises perhaps you should remove the sign and the glass panel in the front of the premises and delete your google profile.

Piss pour customer service. My wife and I were there in November 2018 and purchased a (relatively) small glass horse as a souvenir. The store employee offered to have it packaged for us by their packing department in their back room to keep it "safe", which we agreed to. Carried it in our hand luggage until we got home. When we unwrapped it we found that 3 of the 4 legs were broken. This package was never dropped, never crushed, never treated in any way that would have caused this damage which leads me to believe that it was broken by whatever gorilla they had working in the backroom. I reached out to the company via email and explained what happened and the store rep said that they would send a replacement. 4 weeks go by, nothing shows up, I send a follow-up email. No response. I sent 3 more follow-ups every week or two after that, no response. If you go to Venice, PICK ANOTHER COMPANY. If I could have given zero stars I would.

I saw a group presentation here in September, 2019. It was great. The Master Glass maker was able to make two pieces in 10 minutes. We were then able to learn more about the glass making and walk the store. Me and my companions decided to buy 2 pieces for about 540 euros. We were told that this amount was too request paperwork for. Which was weird because we purchased something cheaper somewhere else and was able to claim. We left and stated that we would be back to grab the pieces when we were ready to head to the hotel. When we can back we were promptly turned away at the door. We tried to explain that we had already been in, but only was believed once the "bouncer" saw that I had their flyer in my hand. We then met the great customer service agent and left with our pieces. I did not like that we were turned away so rudely. I was told that it was only for groups.

Over here is an unusual attraction in Venice. One must have viewed clips of glass blowing many times. However, seeing that happening in the fore is spellbinding. The art is passed on over generations. The artist heats a glass bead in an oven, blows air into the red-hot blob & then shapes it to form a precious artefact. Everything happens in two to three minutes. Photography is permitted here in this section only. The showroom and sales counter is on the uppermost floor and reaching there was a little exhausting. Even so, the showroom has an impressive variety of glass articles & the visit is worth.
