★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Place near the Vatican.Clean and quiet. A few days ago I reserved a room for two nights , and It was really the right choice. Besides ,It is very easy to reach the Ottaviano underground in a 10 minute walking! Patrizia Padovani.

The staff very efficient and the owner Pasqule was very attentive and made arrangements for our trasportation to the airport and also to the Colosseum.I would recommend very highly. A very clean and the breakfast ? was good everyday. Pasquale thanks for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was super good B&B! I absolutely loved staying here! Vatican city is within 10 mins walk. Tons of cafes, shops, restaurants nearby. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. Room spotlessly clean and has your own bathroom. Room is modern comfortable. Simple but you have everything you need. You can use kitchen in common space. Warm welcome. Amazing breakfast!!! They bring the breakfast in your room!! Very close to metro station which you can access famous tourists spots like Plaza of Spain. I cannot think of anything bad! Strongly recommended!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my girlfriend booked in here to see Pearl Jam in 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of accommodation. The room was perfect and the added balcony was great to enjoy your breakfast on. Speak of the breakfast it was lovely to wake up to fresh coffee, croissants and cereal. I would highly recommend the Vatican Garden Rooms to anyone visiting Rome. Hands down the most affordable and welcoming place iv ever stayed while being away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! We wanted a room for 3 people and ended up with two rooms with a separating door, both with toilets, tvs, hair driers... Everything was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi was super fast. The breakfast was good: bread that you could toast a croissant, yogurt, cereal, coffee, milk, juice and tea, butter, jam, nutella honney and cheese.
Really close to the Vatican and the Ottaviano metro station, with lots of coffee shops and convenient stores around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good, but the place is run awful.
We got there 30 minutes before our checking and there was nobody but the cleaning service. I spoke to the owner by phone and he told me to come back 1,5 hours later (1 hour past the check in time). Which resulted in a cancelation of a lunch reservation and on having lunch super late on our first day in rome.
Next morning we found put that no breakfast was served and nobody was at the property. I texted the owner and got no answer until 2 hours later. We ended up paying for our breakfast when we had breakfast included with our reservation.
The room is nice and renovated. You can listen to the other guest as the walls are super thin. The spot is very good.
