Selene sempre a nostra disposizione nel consigliarci come muoversi, i posti da visitare e degli ottimi ristoranti dove mangiare soprattuto una buona carbonara. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, stanza e letti comodi, biancheria pulita, host disponibili e facilità per gli spostamenti (la zona è servita dalla metro, dai bus e dal tram) hanno reso la vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato. The property is located 200 meters from St. Peter's Square and 50 meters from the Ottaviano metro station. We had a really good time, comfortable room and beds, clean linen, helpful hosts and ease of travel (the area is served by the metro, buses and trams) made the holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Absolutely recommended.

Gentilezze inaspettate (acqua nel minibar, caffè e tisane gratuite e disponibili all arrivo). Wi fi eccellente, mi ha permesso di lavorare in comodità. Una menzione speciale al proprietario e ai ragazzi dell'accoglienza sempre disponibili, che ci hanno consigliato e assistito per tutto il soggiorno! Utilissime le liste su Google Maps dei ristoranti consigliati, scansionabili tramite codice qr nei cartelli in sala comune. Grazie, bellissima esperienza, da ripetere. Elegant, comfortable guesthouse, equipped with all comforts. From automatic check in, to clean room. Unexpected kindnesses (water in the minibar, free coffee and herbal teas available upon arrival). Excellent wi fi, it allowed me to work in comfort. A special mention to the owner and the welcoming guys always available, who advised and assisted us throughout our stay! The lists of recommended restaurants on Google Maps are very useful and can be scanned using the QR code on the signs in the common room. Thanks, great experience, to be repeated.

S	Santina Melendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. My family showed up to check in at noon and no one was there, we called the main phone number and a women attempted to get us in contact with Marco. Marco sent me a message stating he would meet us at 1:30 so my family and I {tired and hungry} waiting. He sent me another message after 1:30 saying he couldn’t meet me until 6:30pm. I had to give up my reservation and book another room. I would not trust this place at all!!!

Only thing that was very annoying is the loud footsteps and what can only be described as "moving furniture" from the apartment above. This was always around midnight and lasted around an hour, then we were unfortunate to have kids in a room next to us, this was also annoying as they were screaming and banging the toilet lids very early in the morning. No regards for others at all and nothing heard from the parents.

W	Wade Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just returned home from a 9 day vacation to Rome Italy and I stayed at the St. Peters vatican and really enjoyed it. Ms Selene was so nice and patient with the language difference. The room was nice and clean. I have read some reviews where people talked about noise from other room and all I can say is remember where you are staying. These are old structures and that is part of the experience. I would recommend this room to anyone looking to experience Rome Italy. If I have to give a negative it would be there is no air condition in the room. it was not a problem for us because it was March and cool when we were there. Honestly I can't say air-conditioning would be needed at all because the room stays cool anyway.
