K	Karin Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing: We came here in the afternoon and checked in. We were explained how to come to the SPA and how to use it. So we went to our room got dressed for the Pool but at the Spa we were denied because kids were Not allowed. Why did nobody tell us that before, Not even at the reception? Or did they think we will leave our baby alone in the room? And how do you explain That to your kid who was looking forward to swimming in the Pool? There are so many pools around the hotel and Not a single one is opened for Kids? So what can we do now? Back to the room getting dressed for the playground. Oh… no playground anymore. So we waited in the room to Go to a Restaurant and chose the traditional Restaurant. The adults were given a paperbag with bread. The Kid Not. Why is this Hotel not an Adults Only Hotel if kids are Not welcome??? For our son it was horrible! The next day I wanted to use my Voucher for a Treatment at the Spa. The ladies didn‘ t accept it even though it was included in my booking. At the reception I was told That the General Manager would be informed and That I would Get a call or an email. I am waiting now for 9 Days… Nothing! The Location of the hotel might be stunning But since I didn‘t feel welcome I will Never Come back and cannot recomend it to people with kids!!!
j	janina bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked a Junior Suite expecting a standard based on the high price we payed per night but the room we got wasn't what I would call a suite. The bathroom was old looking and the shower had a small shower head where almost no water came out. We asked for a better room but the reception wasn't interested in showing us another one. There also was a technical problem that blocked our door twice(!) and we had to ask for someone to come and resolve the problem! The hotel is really big and has a very sterile atmosphere- I think it's best to use for business meetings or Spa trips but not for holidays. When we complained in the end they didn't care either and as for the shower head the man answered " if some water comes out I don't see the problem" - true but for 400 Euro a night I definitely expect a high standard which they couldn't fulfill! Unfortunately it looks nice in the pictures but in person it is something else..

B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the SPA: a rather unpleasant experience all together: first of all, the water is not thermal but simply tap water with bubbles and tons of chemicals. this made my skin very dry ... the pools are not terribly warm, small and without many attractions, just bubbles and a couple of small falls. the staff at reception were very pleasant, although no one explain to me how to use the lockers. then inside the poll we were treated quite badly, only to have left our robe in a bench. the experience overall totally unacceptable considering you pay 50 euros just to get in! never again.
T	Toni is traveling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good. The spa is great, warm water with nice jacuzzi/bubbling zone, the food is great and the breakfast is very comprehensive. Staff is very professional. They have a big parking lot at the entrance I have to admit I was a bit disappointed by the room view, was expecting a better one. You can however see a great view on the far side of the resort, hills and mountains. There were also some other small but annoying details worth mentioning: - a bit cold on the hotel corridors for the rooms placed at the margins. When you come from the spa in your bath robe the feeling is not so great - the room bathroom light cannot be turned off (or at least I couldn't find any switch). It turns on automatically when you enter it, imagine during the night a blinding light in your eyes without the ability to turn it off, I had to apply a band-aid on the sensor so it doesn't turn on anymore - they have smart controllers inside the room for the lights/etc, but that smart panel keeps turning on randomly even during the night, very annoying too

The Spa Area is beautiful and very spacious, rooms are quiet, large and very clean. A relaxing stay in a high quality hotel.
