★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi ho alloggiato per partecipare ad un convegno, ma purtroppo la struttura è molto datata e logora, la stanza dove ho alloggiato era piccola e non aveva nemmeno una sedia. La finestra non chiudeva bene e il bagno era rovinato in più punti. La biancheria per il letto matrimoniale che mi è stato assegnato, seppur pulita, aveva una coperta ad una piazza messa per traverso. Il personale è stato tutto ineccepibile, gentile ed efficiente, iniziando dalla reception, passando dalle signore delle pulizie e anche il personale del ristorante, ma il cibo era davvero pessimo. Mi dispiace fare questa recensione negativa solo nei confronti del personale veramente ottimo, ma per il resto non ci tornerò di certo.
 I stayed there to attend a conference, but unfortunately the structure is very dated and worn, the room where I stayed was small and didn't even have a chair. The window didn't close properly and the bathroom was damaged in several places. The linen for the double bed that was assigned to me, although clean, had a single blanket placed sideways. The staff were all top notch, polite and efficient, starting from the reception, through to the cleaning ladies and even the restaurant staff, but the food was really bad. I regret making this negative review only of the really great staff, but otherwise I will certainly not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel un po' datato ma la mia stanza ristrutturata non alla perfezione ma di mio gradimento. Ho trovato il materasso un po' duro per la mia schiena ma per una notte è andato benissimo. La stanza ampia con tutti i confort...pulita e in ordine. Il ristorante con ottima cucina offriva la mezza pensione con il dolce e il calice di vino. Personale super gentile e professionale e qualità prezzo eccezionale!!! Per questo meritano 5 stelle.

Ampio parcheggio.

Hotel a bit dated but my refurbished room not perfectly but to my liking. I found the mattress a little hard on my back but for one night it was fine. The large room with all the comforts ... clean and tidy. The restaurant with excellent cuisine offered half board with dessert and a glass of wine. Super friendly and professional staff and exceptional price quality !!! For this they deserve 5 stars.
Breakfast ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Delle Terme is one of those hotels that is somewhat of a disadvantage, the road that it's on has three of four other hotels but the delle terme is the nicest and cheapest of them all. It has a spa which a lot of the guest love. It also has a brilliant bus that brings you right into the center of bologna and that leave every about 40 mins you get the tickets in the spa of the delle terme. A double room is about €78 a night so it's good value for money. You can also walk into the little village of Castel San Pietro which is a small lovely village with shops and a few great restaurants, also there is a lovely pizzeria just up the road from the delle terme which is lovely as well. Stay in the delle terme it's great.
