N	News News on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati per prenotare le vacanze presso l'agenzia di viaggi "Vangadizza Viaggi" ubicata all'interno del centro commerciale il Faro presso Badia Polesine. Abbiamo preferito rivolgerci ad un'agenzia di viaggi proprio per avere una tutela e una garanzia. Purtroppo non è stato così: dopo aver prenotato il soggiorno per due famiglie nei pressi della località di Pola presso una buona struttura alberghiera e aver pagato la caparra, trascorsi 5 giorni abbiamo ricevuto comunicazione che le camere non erano più disponibili e quindi dovevamo cambiare albergo. L'alternativa che ci è stata proposta dall'agenzia e dal tour operator "EDEN VIAGGI MARGO' " è stata insoddisfacente e scarsa, un albergo non al pari del precedente, tra i confini con la Slovenia e Umago a ben 92 km da Pola e dove il mare e' completamente diverso; ci è stato risposto che nella zona preferita da noi le disponibilità erano terminate.(Altra ed ultima alternativa appartamenti privati nella riviera di Pola in località sconosciute ...) Telefonicamente ci e'stato detto che per riavere la nostra caparra non c'era nessun problema, testuali parole " quando volete i vostri 400€ di caparra sono qua". Al momento del ritiro caparra oltre al disagio, alla delusione si e' aggiunta anche la beffa: "l'agenzia ci ha trattenuto 50€ per le spese di gestione pratica" ...Ovviamente piu' di protestare non abbiamo potuto ... per un problema che non e' dipeso neanche da noi! Sicuramente se dovessi consigliare un'agenzia di viaggi di certo non sarebbe questa! The alternative that was proposed to us by the agency and the tour operator "EDEN VIAGGI MARGO '" was unsatisfactory and scarce, a hotel not like the previous one, between the borders with Slovenia and Umag at 92 km from Pula and where the sea is completely different; we were told that in the area preferred by us the availability had run out. (Another and last alternative private apartments in the Riviera of Pula in unknown locations ...) We were told by telephone that to get back our deposit there was no problem, textual words "when you want your € 400 deposit are here". At the time of the withdrawal, in addition to the discomfort, the deception was added to the mockery: "the agency has kept us € 50 for the costs of management practices" ... Obviously we could not protest more ... for a problem that did not depend on us either! Surely if I had to recommend a travel agency it certainly wouldn't be this!

Fatto il chek in due giorni prima della partenza (sabato) i posti sono uno davanti l'altro completamente dietro! L'altra impiegata spiega e smentisce completamente la collega, sia andata che ritorno stessa identica cosa. Non si può più rimediare!!! Una sale davanti l'altra dietro nonostante le raccomandazioni per avere il posto vicino!!! Per me questa agenzia viaggi è pessima! Ad una settimana dalla partenza ci è stato fornito un visto di gruppo (richiudibile anche autonomamente) alla modica cifra di 180 euro. A testa. La possibilità di un visto di gruppo (limitante in quanto obbliga a portarsi dietro sempre un foglio A4 che in nessun modo si deve deteriorare e ritirato al termine del viaggio) non ci era mai stata proposta ne' sottoposta. Siamo stati costretti ad accettare data la consegna a sorpresa ad una settimana dal viaggio. In tutto questo aggiungiamo il timore di problemi in aereoporto che ci siamo portati dietro dato che trattasi di procedura nuova.. Insomma.. ci siamo sentiti un po' fregati, specialmente quando si spendono 360 euro per un servizio che sicuramente non ci ha agevolato. TO AVOID.
