Incompetenza e inaffidabilità, dimostratesi fin dall'inizio dell'organizzazione del nostro viaggio di nozze, quel viaggio che sognavamo da una vita. Forse sono in grado solamente di acquistare biglietti aerei online e organizzare qualche last minute, di certo non sono in grado di organizzare tour lunghi e complessi dall'altra parte del mondo. Prenotazioni sbagliate, alternative di livello ai posti indicati dal tour operator mai proposte (nonostante fossero state richieste), notizie su escursioni da fare in loco inesistenti, mancato passaggio di informazioni importantissime date dal tour operator che ci hanno fatto perdere la possibilità di visitare luoghi che mai più potremmo vedere. Il risultato? Un viaggio di 20 giorni rovinato in tutto e per tutto dall'incompetenza dell'agenzia che non ha saputo nè comprendere quali erano le nostre esigenze in fase di prenotazione viaggio, nè gestire le emergenze e i problemi presentatisi durante il viaggio, e men che meno si è scusata per gli inconvenienti causati da loro errori in fase di organizzazione. Una supponenza mai vista prima, nonostante le varie mancanze ed errori, che ci hanno causato non pochi problemi. NON affidatevi a quest'agenzia, non sanno fare il proprio lavoro. "Leave all hope of having a decent journey, you who come in", this should be the visible message on the threshold of this travel agency. Incompetence and unreliability, proven right from the start of the organization of our honeymoon, that journey we had dreamed of for a lifetime. Maybe they can only buy airline tickets online and organize some last minute deals, I'm certainly not able to organize long and complex tours on the other side of the world. Wrong bookings, level alternatives to places indicated by the tour operator never proposed (despite having been requested), news on non-existent on-site excursions, failure to pass important information given by the tour operator that made us lose the opportunity to visit places that never again could we see. The result? A journey of 20 days ruined in everything and for everything from the incompetence of the agency that has not been able neither to understand what were our requirements in the phase of booking trip, neither to manage the emergencies and the problems presented during the trip, and even less it is excused for the inconveniences caused by their errors in the organization phase. An arrogance never seen before, despite the various shortcomings and errors, which caused us many problems. DO NOT rely on this agency, they don't know how to do their job.
