Michela molto disponibile nel darti tutte le informazioni, e diverse mete nel caso qualcuno fosse indeciso. Io sono sempre andato in villaggi turistici. Sono tornato anche qualche settimana fa per la Sardegna. Consigliato
 I have now made about ten trips with this agency and I have always found myself well. Michela very helpful in giving you all the information, and different destinations in case someone is undecided. I have always gone to tourist resorts. I also returned a few weeks ago to Sardinia. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato telefonicamente questa agenzia a luglio 2021 gestita dalla proprietaria Michela per un viaggio da fare a dicembre. La signora è stata molto gentile e disponibile a parole per trovare una soluzione alla mia richiesta di viaggio, tanto piu che mi ha fatto promesse di fare ricerche(ho messaggi scritti da lei). Sono passata anche nella sua agenzia personalmente, e la sua risposta è stata che dovevo aspettare perche era troppo presto. Bene signora Michela, siamo in novembre e il mio viaggio l'ho organizzato con un altra agenzia. Dispiaciuta per il suo comportamento per nulla professionale, di certo non sarà mai consigliata da me. Se non aveva tempo o se non le andava, non doveva mandarmi messaggi promettendomi che avrebbe cercato quello che le avevo chiesto, soprattutto perchè lei mi ha fatto perdere solo del tempo. Per fortuna non tutti lavorano come lei.
I contacted this agency by phone in July 2021 managed by the owner Michela for a trip to do in December. The lady was very kind and willing to words to find a solution to my travel request, especially since she made me promises to do research (I have messages written by her). I also went to his agency personally, and his response was that I had to wait because it was too early. Well Mrs. Michela, we are in November and I organized my trip with another agency. Sorry for her unprofessional behavior, she will certainly never be advised by me. If she didn't have time or if she didn't feel like it, she didn't have to text me promising that she would look for what I asked her, especially because she only wasted my time. Fortunately, not everyone works like her.
