Risposta della segreteria, mi dispiace. Me ne sono andata senza fare la visita. Pochissima serietà. Sconsigliato. L	Lucrezia Marlini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte mi sono recata nella struttura come accompagnatrice per una persona anziana e a mio malgrado devo dire che il servizio diventa pessimo sempre più. Qualche anno fa si aveva la possibilità di rapportarsi, come punto prelievi, con un'infermiera gentile, cordiale e qualificata che hanno pensato bene di rimuovere dall'incarico fisso, lasciando posto a infermiere che trattano il paziente a seconda del conto corrente che ha alle spalle più che come persona. Per non parlare del personale all'accettazione. Sempre qualche anno fa si poteva interagire con segretarie altamente preparate e disponibili, oggi invece si ha a che fare con personale impreparato e per certi aspetti pure maleducato, soprattutto nei confronti dei più anziani che meritano forse più rispetto. Concludo lasciando un consiglio a queste persone che " a volte è meglio tacere e sembrare stupidi che aprir bocca e togliere ogni dubbio" (Oscar Wilde). Poco preparato, si permette di schernire i pazienti per i problemi alla vista. Dimostra incompetenza alle domande del paziente e soprattutto non conosce l ‘umanità. Non solo non non ha guardato referti importanti..si è limitato a trascrivere ciò che gia era stato scritto!! Non so neanche il suo nome perché ancora non ho la relazione che non vedo l'ora di leggere?. SCONSIGLIATO, come altre due esperienze precedenti.
