A	Andrea Gasparrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel giro di telefonate che ho fatto a tutti i centri medici sportivi di Bergamo, loro sono stati gli UNICI trasparenti (per non dire onesti) ad avvisarmi subito che mio figlio l'avrebbe potuta fare anche gratuitamente alla asl. Parlo dell' infermiera molto sgarbata nei confronti di mio figlio ( 12 anni che a paura di qualsiasi visita) Da fuori la porta sentivo : muoviti ,muoviti non hai 7 anni ma 12 se ti dico in mutande e calzini cosa vuol dire...... Con un tono da Hitler... questo è il modo x far sentire a proprio agio un ragazzo... Mai più... I put a star because you can not less .. Experience to forget .. never again in that center ... Quite a positive experience were it not for the nurse's hasty manner. Courteous, professional and easygoing the girl with long hair on the answering machine.
E	Elena Provesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono allibita .porto mio figlio a fare una visita agonistica al centro San Luca.finita la visita la signora alla ricezione mi chiama per farmi firmare la scheda della visita.guardo e c'era già segnato l'esito dell'esame delle urine anche se mio figlio nn aveva ancora depositato nel bicchierino di plastica .....la pipì. Subito la sig.ra mi ha detto che sono veloci a farli ...poi capendo l'errore si e'giustificata dicendo che prima compilano e poi se c'è qualche variazione correggono.....allucinante ..... Per ovvi motivi bambini all'interno non accompagnati e quindi nessuno che può ridimensionare i loro toni. Ambienti sporchi; cartello che giustifica l'odore incolpando il vicino ristorante ? Nel bagno esposizione dei bicchieri (aperti) con le urine dei precedenti "donatori" Professionalità questa sconosciuta. Rude doctor and nurse; arrogant tones towards the child and I can mention terms like "pappamolla .. listless .. eighty years old .." For obvious reasons children inside unaccompanied and therefore no one who can reduce their tones. Dirty environments; sign that justifies the smell by blaming the nearby restaurant ? M	Marinella Biava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dopo tanti anni dover mettere una stella al centro, carinissime e sempre disponibili le segretarie. La Signora che lavora lì da anni verso la quale la nostra società nutre stima per capacità, esperienza e disponibilità, e la signorina alla reception, sempre molto gentile e carina nei nostri confronti. Nota molto dolente il medico e l'infermiera presenti alle visite ieri, lei molto sgarbata e sbrigativa nei modi, il medico intento a farsi gli affari suoi a discutere con toni anche molto alti negli uffici dietro la reception, con l'imbarazzo totale della ragazza al front office. Lo stesso medico tempo fa chiese esami approfonditivi ad una compagna di squadra di mia figlia dando alla mamma spiegazioni con insufficienza e usando termini tecnici a noi povere ignoranti sconosciuti. Non voglio mettere in discussione le capacità del medico, ma credo che un briciolo in più di umanità ed empatia non guasterebbe. Per quanto mi riguarda di sicuro l'anno prossimo cambierò centro, con grande dispiacere perché tutto sommato in segreteria sono sempre molto cordiali e puntuali e si meriterebbero cinque stelle solo loro. I'm sorry after so many years having to put a star in the center, the secretaries are very nice and always available. The lady who has been working there for years to whom our company has esteem for ability, experience and availability, and the young lady at the reception, always very kind and nice towards us. Very painful note the doctor and the nurse present at the visits yesterday, she very rude and hasty in her manner, the doctor intent on minding his own business to discuss even very loudly in the offices behind the reception, to the total embarrassment of the girl at the front office. The same doctor some time ago asked for in-depth examinations to a teammate of my daughter, giving her mother insufficient explanations and using technical terms to us poor ignorant unknowns. I don't want to question the doctor's abilities, but I think an extra bit of humanity and empathy wouldn't hurt. As for me, for sure I will change center next year, with great regret because all in all the secretariat are always very friendly and punctual and only they deserve five stars.
P	Paola Pulcini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza poco positiva, medico e infermiera sgarbati, sbrigativi, mi hanno ripetuto più volte che avevano fretta perchè ero l'ultima della giornata. Not very positive experience, rude, hasty doctor and nurse, they repeated to me several times that they were in a hurry because I was the last of the day.

Segretaria sgarbata, appena entrata mi fanno compilare dei moduli, nel frattempo prendono mio figlio dicendogli che lo avrebbero solo pesato e invece gli hanno fatto ECG senza nemmeno avvisarmi. Chiedo di entrare e me lo si nega, non per niente ma mio figlio aveva già paura ad entrare e loro nemmeno si preoccupano di dirmelo o quanto meno dirmi che entrava a fare la visita. Medico prepotente, gli chiedo con cortesia a richiesta della mia pediatra ( per delle visite di accertamento che stiamo facendo) di darmi l'esito dell ECG e lui insinua che lo vuole solo per farlo andar bene per l'anno prossimo. In un posto del genere, sicuramente non ci metterò più piede! It will definitely be the first and last time I go to this medical center.
