Friendly and attentive staff. Back in shape after only two months of gymnastics and personalized diet. I don't believe it either .... 10 kg less! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vabbè che dire...ormai frequento il centro da un paio d'anni...i risultati si vedono sul mio fisico...ma la cosa più bella sono le ragazze...così brave da farti star bene anche mentalmente...e questo è ciò che più conta!
Oh well what to say ... now I have been attending the center for a couple of years ... the results can be seen on my body ... but the best thing is the girls ... so good they make you feel good even mentally .. .and that's what matters most!

I have been attending the center for years, since it was the center of Figurella, and I have always had a great time. All the girls are kind and knowledgeable. As a long-time customer, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il centro da diversi anni e mi trovo molto bene con le ragazze, l'ambiente è giovanile e solare, il centro sempre pulito e profumato. Lo consiglio a chi deve perdere peso e rimettersi in forma perchè a differenza delle classiche palestre viene proposta una ginnastica personalizzata e sempre seguita da persone qualificate, gentili e disponibili che ti spiegano ed eventualmente correggono anche la postura per evitare di farsi male alla schiena o alla cervicale e per far in modo che i movimenti vengano eseguiti in modo corretto. Hanno anche la parte estetica dove si possono abbinare all'attività fisica, degli ottimi trattamenti drenanti, anticellulite, dimagranti ecc... se si seguono le loro direttive e consigli i risultati si ottengono ;-) Sono molto soddisfatta perchè riesco a ritagliare del tempo per me stessa in un ambiente di sole donne che fa bene anche allo spirito oltre che al corpo ♥
I have been attending the center for several years and I get along very well with the girls, the environment is youthful and sunny, the center is always clean and fragrant. I recommend it to those who need to lose weight and get back into shape because unlike the classic gyms, personalized gymnastics are offered and always followed by qualified, kind and helpful people who explain and possibly also correct posture to avoid hurting your back or cervical and to ensure that the movements are performed correctly. They also have the aesthetic part where they can be combined with physical activity, excellent draining, anti-cellulite, slimming treatments etc ... if you follow their guidelines and advice, the results are obtained ;-) I am very satisfied because I can carve out some time for myself in a women-only environment that is also good for the spirit as well as the body ♥
