★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un’ecografia mammaria, già dalla prenotazione personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Arriva subito email di conferma come promemoria. Vengo addirittura chiamata poco dopo perché si è liberato un posto IL GIORNO DOPO. Organizzazione perfetta, dottoressa davvero brava e disponibile, ha risposto ad ogni mia domanda con gentilezza e professionalità. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno a fare il controllo annuale e sceglierò senz’altro Synlab per altri esami!
I booked a breast ultrasound, and the staff were really friendly and helpful right from the time of booking. Confirmation emails arrive immediately as a reminder. I am even called shortly after because a place has become available THE DAY AFTER. Perfect organization, really good and helpful doctor, she answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be back next year to do the annual check-up and I will certainly choose Synlab for other exams!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, oggi 11 marzo alle 11.30 mi sono recata presso questa clinica per uno screening. Mi dispiace dover sottolineare la scortesia del tecnico che ha effettuato la mammografia. Ho ricevuto commenti del tipo: chiuda la porta... è uguale a tutte le porte del mondo" volendo probabilmente sottolineare le mie origini straniere. Di fronte al mio disagio e al mio imbarazzo si rivolge di nuovo a me "non posso perdere tutta la giornata per fare l'esame a lei"
Già non è piacevole sottoporsi a esami del genere ne è semplice avere a che fare con un estraneo, anche se si tratta di un professionista, in simili circostanze"
Sono molto amareggiata. Raccomando sempre un minimo di sensibilità e di umanità quando si ha a che fare con i timori delle persone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre usufruito di molti servizi della Sinlab e sono sempre stata soddisfatta, ma devo raccontare cosa mi è successo nel mese di febbraio. Il 15 di febbraio mi sono recata x l'appuntamento annuale di mammografia ed ecografia. La dottoressa che esegue l'ecografia mi comunica che c'è un modulino e deve eseguire un ago aspirato. Mi viene comunicato che l'esito ci sarà dopo 3 settimane. Dopo due settimane chiamo la Sinlab parlo con l'infermiera che mi comunica che il referto lo ha stampato ma me lo consegnerà la dottoressa l'8marzo Arriva quel giorno e l'esito è che ho un tumore maligno. Mi risulta che quando c'è questo brutto esito la sottoscritta veniva avvisata urgentemente. Tornata a casa controllo il referto e vedo che l'esame . è stato refertato a Monza il 24 febbraio. Lascio a voi le conclusioni

We got PCR tests done to return to Canada ??. Very efficient and can administer in English. We were processed and tested in minutes. Highly recommend this lab for travel testing. $60e each.
