★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato molto bene Ringrazio tutto il personale "Ufficio" ognuno con le proprie competenze, chiarendo qualsiasi mio dubbio sempre disponibili persone serie con tecnici preparati, dandomi consigli come disporre nel modo migliore tutte le attrezzature sia la caldaia che la pompa di calore che i pannelli.
Ho visto una squadra affidabile al completo, di esperienza e competenze nel campo energetico. Organizzati nel lavoro nel far arrivare tutto il materiale sia pannelli che altro in tempi veloci, senza creare e crearmi problemi in magazzino.
Ringrazio davvero tutti.

Impossibile raggiungerli telefonicamente.
A causa di questa azienda, si sta perdendo l'opportunità di usufruire del SuperBonus.
Ho visto diverse recensioni positive e vorremmo poterci ricredere, ma per la nostra esperienza ad oggi, dopo 16 mesi di attesa, mi chiedo se l'unica soluzione possibile sia quella di ricorrere ad un legale.

Abbiamo uno scambio mail dove abbiamo stabito che voi procedeete con lo studio del termotecnico e se passaggio alle 2 classi è garantito io procedo alla regolarizzazione.
Ad oggi a casa mia non è mai venuto nessun tecnico.
È stato solo fatto sopralluogo per la stesura dell'ape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sottoscritto con Valore Solare il contratto per fornitura di impianto fotovoltaico con accumulo, colonnina di ricarica auto e pompa di calore ibrida a febbraio 2021, approffittando del Superbonus 110% con cessione del credito. Non nego che i tempi sono stati piuttosto lunghi e non sempre la comunicazione tempestiva, tanto da dubitare sulla serietà di Valore Solare. Mi sono dovuto ricredere. I sopralluoghi e poi i succesivi scambi per la definizione del progetto hanno mostrato una grande professionalità e meticolosità nel lavoro. La prima settimana di aprile 2022 l'impianto fotovoltaico con accumulo tesla (2 batterie da 13.5kWh) è stato installato ed ora è pienamente operativo da 14giorni. Funziona alla perfezione: sono completamente indipendente da un punto di vista elettrico. Molto professionale e precisa la quadra che ha effettuato l'istallazione. Molto disponibile nelle spiegazioni e nel supporto per farmi comprendere il funzionamento dell'impianto. Sono molto soddisfatto. Prossimo passo: completamento dell'attività (impianto termoidraulico). Ad oggi ottimo lavoro!
I signed the contract with Valore Solare for the supply of a photovoltaic system with storage, car charging column and hybrid heat pump in February 2021, taking advantage of the 110% Superbonus with credit transfer. I do not deny that the times were rather long and the timely communication was not always, so much so as to doubt the seriousness of Valore Solare. I had to change my mind. The inspections and then the subsequent exchanges for the definition of the project showed great professionalism and meticulousness in the work. The first week of April 2022 the photovoltaic system with tesla storage (2 batteries of 13.5kWh) was installed and has now been fully operational for 14 days. It works perfectly: I am completely independent from an electrical point of view. The team that carried out the installation was very professional and precise. Very helpful in the explanations and in the support to make me understand the operation of the system. I am very satisfied. Next step: completion of the activity (thermo-hydraulic system). Great work to date!

Non ho dato 5 stelle per la mia esperienza di installazione (2019) che è stata eseguita in tempi più lunghi del previsto e purtroppo mai con un referente solo. In particolare il commerciale di zona poco chiaro e spesso "latitante". Per quanto riguarda la qualità dei materiali invece, per ora sono soddisfatto.

I would say that the assistance service was FAST AND COURTESY. In a couple of days the problem was solved. I did not give 5 stars for my installation experience (2019) which took longer than expected and unfortunately never with a single contact. In particular, the commercial area in the area is unclear and often "fugitive". As for the quality of the materials, however, for now I am satisfied.

Ho firmato il contratto nell'estate del 2020 versando una caparra di euro 3000. Diciamo che i tecnici si sono attivati abbastanza presto con un sopralluogo di fattibilità per
arrivare a metà dell'anno 2021 con il progetto di installazione di pannelli fotovoltaici e batterie di accumulo e pompa di calore. I tempi sono un po' slittati per via della normativa che sin dall'origine non era proprio Chiara in particolar modo per una definizione di abitazione autonoma e indipendente. Tra i lavori da eseguire era prevista anche la sostituzione degli infissi che però verso la fine del 2021 è stata accantonata in quanto era chiaro che questa lavorazione che deve essere eseguita da una ditta terza creava un po' di disturbo alla pratica di valore solare. Nel contempo dietro la direzione dell' ingegner Salanitri di valore solare è stato portato il trifase presso l'abitazione è aumentato il potere a 10 chili di coerente. Successivamente dato che la signora Giulia è stata sostituita dalla signora Betania Ho comunicato ulteriormente il fatto di non voler procedere con la sostituzione degli infissi per fare in modo che la pratica procedesse senza intoppi. Intendo ribadire che sia la signora Betania che l'ingegner salanitri a mio avviso sono delle belle persone. Nel mese di febbraio del 2022 ho parlato personalmente presso la ditta valore solare a Carmignano di Brenta con la signora a Betania la quale, prendendo un caffè, mi ha assicurato che detti lavori inizieranno nel mese di aprile del 2022 e questo per me ha il valore di una bella stretta di mano come si faceva nei vecchi tempi. Per ora non mi resta che attendere Aprile per poter vedere iniziare i lavori. Ringrazio. Dal Piaz A.
