For years I have wanted to fix my heating system, I have entrusted myself to ecoclima group and I must say that I was positively surprised, they followed me in everything from the estimate to the testing always in a precise and professional way. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preventivata l'installazione di una caldaia a luglio, mi si prospettava l'installazione a fine ottobre. Dopo aver ricevuto due preventivi,fatto sopralluogo e aspettando di essere contattato per concludere,beh non è successo. Contattato chi mi ha fatto sopralluogo e preventivo,mandata una mail,nessuna risposta. Pessimi pessimi. Mi ritrovo ancora senza una caldaia e a dover cercare qualcuno che faccia il lavoro. 5 mesi buttati al vento. Aggiungo che cercando di dare di nuovo fiducia,vi contatto per fotovoltaico. Mi avete dato appuntamento oggi 4/04/2022 e non si è presentato nessuno. Nessuna chiamata da parte vostra e neppure nessuna risposta al telefono dopo avervi chiamato. Meglio metterci una croce sopra
Having estimated the installation of a boiler in July, I was planning to install it at the end of October. After receiving two quotes, inspecting the site and waiting to be contacted to conclude, well it didn't happen. Contacted those who made me an inspection and quote, sent an email, no response. Bad bad. I still find myself without a boiler and having to look for someone to do the job. 5 months thrown to the wind. I add that trying to give confidence again, I am contacting you for photovoltaics. You gave me an appointment today 4/04/2022 and no one showed up. No calls from you and no answer on the phone after calling you. Better put a cross on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo che la ditta ecoclima di Arzignano mi ha fatto la revisione di routine della caldaia, che funzionava perfettamente, ho iniziato ad avere problemi, impiegava sempre più tempo per arrivare l'acqua calda, e dopo qualche giorno non funzionava più niente, gli ho chiamati e spiegato il problema, sono venuti a controllare e mi hanno detto che era rotta la scheda, e che dovevano ordinarla. Dopo più di una settimana senza riscaldamento e senza acqua calda in quì continuano a sollecitare il loro intervento, ho deciso di contattare un'altra ditta che è intervenuta subito riscontrando che la scheda non era assolutamente rotta, era invece letteralmente spaccata la ceramica del accenditore, in 24 ore e con solo 100€ mi hanno risolto il problema. Nel frattempo mi è arrivato il preventivo di ecoclima di Arzignano di 840€dei quali avrei dovuto pagare anticipatamente 420€ e mi avrebbero sistemato la caldaia entro 10 giorni da quando pagavo l'acconto. Altro che inaffidabile! VERGOGNOSO!
After the ecoclima company in Arzignano gave me the routine overhaul of the boiler, which was working perfectly, I started having problems, it took more and more time to get hot water, and after a few days nothing was working anymore, I called them and explained the problem, they came to check and told me that the card was broken, and that they had to order it. After more than a week without heating and without hot water in here they continue to solicit their intervention, I decided to contact another company that intervened immediately and found that the card was absolutely not broken, instead the ceramic of the igniter was literally cracked, in 24 hours and with only 100 € they solved the problem. In the meantime, I received the Arzignano ecoclima estimate of € 840 of which I would have had to pay € 420 in advance and they would have fixed the boiler within 10 days of paying the deposit. Other than unreliable! SHAMEFUL!

Quando ho acquistato la caldaia nuova sono stati rapidi nell’installazione e molto professionali, e anche con la manutenzione annuale mi sono sempre trovata bene. Ve li consiglio molto, sono ragazzi in gamba, gentili e molto preparati!
I have been their client for a few years and have never had any problems whatsoever. When I bought the new boiler they were quick to install and very professional, and I have always enjoyed it even with the annual maintenance. I highly recommend them, they are smart, kind and very prepared guys!
