P	P. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIU'!!! Decisi a mettere, nel nostro nuovo appartamento, i mattoni IN VETRO, (NO vetrocemento) di POESIAGLASS , ci mettiamo alla ricerca di un rivenditore. Essendo un prodotto di nicchia, troviamo ad Arenzano (GE) presso lo show room Valle, tale materiale. Concordato i disegni e colori dei vetri, ponevamo, come UNICA condizione, prima di concludere il contratto, che la rivenditrice ci trovasse anche un posatore accreditato in zona, nella provincia di Genova. Confortati dalla sig.ra S. , che, dichiarava di aver trovato il posatore riportandolo sul contratto, ordinavamo i mattoni della POESIAGLASS, versando l'acconto richiesto. Giunto il momento di posare tale prodotto, sollecitavamo, la sig.ra S. , di contattare la ditta precedentemente da lei trovata, ma la stessa e/o i suoi presunti installatori, si defilavano, dandosi alla macchia. "... e ora, noi cosa ne facciamo di più di 3000 € di materiale????", Risposta "...non so, mah, booh...." Contattata personalmente la ditta produttrice, ci mettevamo in contatto con un super posatore di loro fiducia, con sede nella provincia di Padova, che, giustamente, ai normali costi di posa aggiungeva i costi di oltre 900 km di trasferta e due giorni fuori casa. Finalmente il lavoro è completato!!! , ma NON GRAZIE alla rivenditrice. Dimenticavo, anche se sul contratto ce scritto "saldo alla consegna" , se non pagate una settimana prima, vi salta la consegna. Non allego il contratto e le fatture perchè troppo piene di dati sensibili. NEVER AGAIN'!!! Determined to put POESIAGLASS GLASS bricks in our new apartment, we start looking for a dealer. Comforted by Mrs. S., who, having declared that she had found the installer and reported it on the contract, we ordered the bricks of POESIAGLASS, by paying the deposit requested. When it was time to put this product down, we urged Ms S. to contact the company previously found by her, but the company itself and / or its alleged installers slipped away, giving themselves to the spot. "... and now, what do we do with more than 3000 € of material ????", Answer "... I don't know, mah, booh ...." We contacted the manufacturer personally, we got in touch with a super installer of their trust, based in the province of Padua, who, rightly, added to the normal laying costs the costs of over 900 km of travel and two days away from home. The work is finally completed !!! , but NOT THANKS to the reseller. I forgot, even if on the contract there is written "balance on delivery", if you do not pay a week before, you will miss the delivery. I don't attach the contract and invoices because they are too full of sensitive data.
N	Nicoletta Damonte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrata nel nuovo appartamento decido di rifare di sana pianta,per il momento,solo il bagno e mi reco presso lo showroom della Valle Giuseppe Snc.Seguita con cura e scrupolo in ogni particolare,dalla scelta dei materiali alla ricerca del personale più adatto per lavorazione e posa degli stessi,finisco il lavoro soddisfattissima di tutto. Tornerò certamente bel momento in cui deciderò di rifare il resto dei lavori.Grazie alla titolare e a tutto lo staff.
