Per fortuna, lo staff di AD appartiene alla seconda categoria. Dall'esterno si ha subito un impatto visivo positivo in quanto già dalle vetrine si può notare un esposizione ben curata e ricca di dettagli, che varia dallo stile moderno, contemporaneo, classico, minimal, ecc. Riguardo al rapporto con la clientela, che dire: gentili, cordiali, pazienti, esperti nel capire e intuire i gusti del cliente, disponibili per sopralluoghi e soprattutto per soddisfare ogni esigenza; anche nel post vendita sempre disponibili. Per quanto riguarda l'arredo, che vanta prestigiosi marchi, vi è un ottima qualità e credetemi..è una garanzia! Non condivido assolutamente il pensiero che questo appaia come un negozio di nicchia per poi deludere le aspettative. Certo, l' edificio di Via San Paolo all'angolo con via Torino a Novoli, ha classe ed esprime un gusto raffinato. Ma il negozio, dentro, non è da meno. Si tratta di uno storico rivenditore generalista di mobili che, a differenza di molti altri negozi, vanta l'esperienza di tre generazioni e si caratterizza per l'evoluzione attuata soprattutto nei servizi avanzati in fase di prevendita. Forte della sua storia, il negozio si è aggiornato nel corso del tempo e continua a farlo per servire al meglio i suoi clienti. Offre continuamente consulenza a chiunque visiti l'esposizione (anche a chi richiede un semplice consiglio tramite messaggi privati sui social network). Leggendo le recensioni sulla pagina Facebook si può capire quanta passione venga messa nel lavoro e quanta soddisfazione ci sia nei clienti. Partendo dal presupposto realistico che nessuno è perfetto... fra valore aggiunto dell' estetica dell'edificio, esperienza accumulata nella storia familiare, marchi trattati, disponibilità e calore umano e, soprattutto, servizi avanzati nelle fasi di prevendita (le tecnologie moderne consentono cose che erano impensabili fino a pochi anni fa)... Faccio numerosi acquisti sia online che nei punti vendita e devo dire che l'assistenza che ho ricevuto da "AD Architettura D'interni" è stata eccellente. Oltre a vantare una varietà di articoli di ottima qualità a prezzi convenienti il loro punto di forza è la disponibilità e l'accortezza verso il cliente. Qualsiasi problema viene risolto grazie alla loro infinita disponibilità. Nel mio caso su un tavolo acquistato 2 anni fa ho notato dei fori su 2 delle gambe e li ho (col senno di poi erroneamente) attributi a tarli... Benché fossero passati 2 anni e io non avessi più neppure la ricevuta d'acquisto si sono prodigati immediatamente a recuperare le informazioni sulle caratteristiche e la finitura che avevo scelto e nel giro di una settimana un nuovo tavolo ha sostituito quello che avevo. Continuerò sicuramente a rivolgermi a loro per i miei acquisti, non posso che consigliarli senza esitazione! Bravissimi! My experience was among the best.
