Peccato che ......avevo dimenticato la tessera ...ho avvisato ..."nessun problema la ricerchiamo..." però poi....ma ne sono dimenticato una volta pagato ....ma anche loro non si sono fatte avanti ! Vabbè. ..era a fine giornata ed avevano voglia di chiudere. La risposta in merito da parte dell’addetta più anziana che si è limitata a indicare le due zone del mio interesse ed è tornata alla cassa con la sua collega più giovane e come se non bastasse , si è fatta sfuggire una smorfia che faceva capire il suo malumore nel mostrarmi un paio di orecchini … Ma c’è un dettaglio che merita più attenzione del resto, gli articoli che volevo acquistare non erano appartenenti all’azienda e pertanto non hanno saputo dirmi se gli zirconi erano incastonati o incollati… Se fossi stata io, avrei proposto al cliente di attendere il tempo necessario per avere una risposta coerente visto che siamo ancora sotto le ferie. Premesso che anche io lavoro nel commercio, ma a parte questo, non credo sia l’atteggiamento giusto per incrementare il fatturato. Inutile dire, che non ci tornerò più come è vero che non spenderò nemmeno una buona parola per il pdv. E a pensare che i miei cognati, noti gioiellieri di Brescia , in passato andavano a rifornirsi per i propri clienti a Valenza , quando sicuramente i tempi erano migliori ..
