Bis heute habe ich noch immer keinen Lohn für diese Tätigkeiten bekommen. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation während dem Einsatz sehr schlecht, die Infos zur Anreise bekam ich erst während ich bereits auf dem Weg zum Flughafen war. Ich empfehle allen, diese Firma zu meiden und Alternativen zu suchen, davon gibt es genug in Kalabrien. Unfortunately I only had bad experiences with Valentour. I worked as a tour guide on behalf of Valentour. That was last fall. To this day, I have still received no pay for these activities. Also, the communication during the operation was very bad, the information about the arrival I got while I was already on the way to the airport. I recommend to everyone to avoid this company and to seek alternatives, of which there are enough in Calabria.

Тур-оператор предоставляет услуги трансфера. Встретили и отвезли обратно в аэропорт вовремя и с комфортом(учитывая, что вылет был ранним). Сотрудники приветливые, водители помагают с багажом. Довезли до максимально ближайшей точки высадки в Тропеи,учитывая, что часть города-пешеходная. Осталось хорошее впечатление) In June 2019, she collaborated with this travel agency. The services were provided quickly and efficiently, she bought train tickets (relatives bought a plane as well). The tour operator provides a shuttle service. We met and drove back to the airport on time and comfortably (given that the flight was early). The staff are friendly, drivers help with luggage. They drove to the nearest landing point in Tropea, given that part of the city is pedestrian. Remained a good impression)

Essendo calabrese non mi aspettavo di trovare un posto cosi bello, mia figlia si è divertita tantissimo. Very nice village, surrounded by greenery, friendly and helpful staff. Being from Calabria I didn't expect to find such a beautiful place, my daughter had a lot of fun.

The train I wanted to book was full, so I was after information regarding alternatives to my chosen destination. The person I tried to talk to, a man the only person there, was rude, impatient, and dismissive. He had no intention of bothering to assist me, other than to make a ridiculous suggestion about going somewhere else because he had a ticket he wanted to get rid of. My advice - try a different travel agent!
