The coastal towns are very cute with gluten-free pasta in abundance. A real speciality here is the Calabria onions, so sweet, fresh and great value...if self catering can be used in almost every main dish... Car hire provides a great way to enjoy the area with a road trip down to sciliy...use the coast road for views, the new inner motorways for speed...
