our boat trip was insanely fun! We booked for half a day and we saw the entire coastline of Tropea and its surroundings! We got a nice moment for a swim and wine/ice tea were included! the trip to the boat was quick and because of how traffic is organized in Tropea it was quite exciting as well. The trip back to the office was good as well! I managed to drown a pair of diving goggles but it was not a problem. Thanks for the great experience! We're definitely goint to rent a Vespa tomorrow :-)

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I booked a tour to the aeolian islands for August 14th. August 11th, I received an email that due to rough seas departure on the 14th was cancelled and Kerstin advised that she would send me an email on the 13th if the captain would decide to go ahead with the tour. No communication received until 6:52am on the the 14th which was an automated reminder to board. Departure was at 7:45am. From our hotel it takes 1.5 hours to reach the port. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE. Obviously, it was impossible to reach the port. The experience gets worse. Eventhough they emailed me to cancel the tour, they processed the payment of 180.00 euros. Upon contacting Kerstin she had the nerve to blame us and was quite rude. Looks like they don't practice customer care at all. BEWARE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS AGENCY.

We booked two excursions with this company: the boat trip and a wine tasting.On both we added a more then valuable transfer from our hotel in capo Vaticano. Both times the driver was on point for the pick up! We really enjoyed the two trips. The boot trip was a little bit to crowded in my opinion but the snorkling and swim spots were amazing and the guide could explain in English. The wine tasting was extraordinary! We visited a local bio vineyard with stunning scenery, fantastic wine, delicious home made food and a very warm host. we loved every minute and with a bit of luck you get a German guide who can translate the explanations!

By far the worst experience ever when dealing with a Travel Agent. Booked a Vespa tour (via Trip Advisor that’s advertised on their website) 2 days prior to my arrival in Tropea to find that the agent doesn’t honor or recognize Trip Advisor bookings. First, the trip was suppose to take place at 0900 and didn’t because they don’t open till 0930. I found this out at 0915 while waiting for the tour via a phone call. Once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me to meet them at the office at 0930 which turned into 0945 because employee was late. Once I showed proof of my booking for a morning tour (to accommodate my travels), I was told that they couldn’t honor my booking and I needed to request a refund via the booking site that I used. Due to the Cancellation Policy, I was told that I wouldn’t receive a full refund because it was well after my booking time. Therefore I would be out of $120 to a company that definitely doesn’t deserve it. The employee working in the office didn’t help the issue with her rudeness and attempts to talk over me and laugh at my concerns. Due to her attitude, I told her to stop talking to me and I’ll deal with your manager to secure my refund that she couldn’t promise me. If you’re looking to book an experience in Tropea, run from this place and I wish Trip Advisor sees this so they can discontinue their partnership due to their piss poor customer service.

We organized our wedding with Kerstin here. Everything was fantastic, we had a beach wedding underneath the cliffs of the town and the church. Kerstin organized everything including the hairdresser, dry cleaning and bouquet. We picked everything we wanted and she was able to make it work. Amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a sail trip with CST Tropea. The setup of the homepage and the booking system was very professional. However when it came to the trip itself we were quite a bit underwhelmed.. First of all the meeting point as described in the confirmation mail was a random place at the port of tropea which was not really the place were he had to meet. No signs and nothing to find the correct place… after asking several people around the port we finally find the boat and the skipper - of course we were not the last people coming since others could not find the place neither… Finally there, the skipper did not even present himself and of course he never put the sail on - but just drove by the motor. At least the boat was quite a nice one… First stop was the “grotta Bianca” - the skipper stopped minimum 70 meters away and let us swim to the place —> by the time we arrived at the grotta he already wanted us to come back to the boat othewhise we would be late for other places… so we stressed back to the boat and drove towards the next place… the skipper activated the autopilot and was on his mobile phone for the next 40 minutes… no communication/no explanations - nothing. On the homepage they state that u would receive snorkeling gear, but of course they had no gear on the boat. 45 Minutes later, we finally made it to capo vaticano - we had like 10 minutes there for a short bath - the skipper wanted to be back on time… we even had no time to visit other places (even tough it was stated in the confirmation mail). on the way back we received some fruits and prosecco which was very nice. We arrived at the port around 17:10 (20 mins before the official ending) To sum up: The skipper didn’t make it to show us at least 2 places which were described on the homepage, this is disappointig. Maybe CST is a good company but our experience with the skipper was very bad!

We spent a great half day on Micheles beautiful, pittoresque mountain farm learning how to cook pasta from scratch and taking a short hike in the idyllic nature. Mariella was the friendliest, most welcoming host who taught us the secrets of the local cuisine. We had the great opportunity to get in touch with locals who shared their favourite places to eat and beaches in the region - we felt very welcome at Mariella's table having lunch all together! we cannot recommend the experience enough!
