★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho iniziato da poco a frequentare questa palestra, ma fin da subito ho trovato grande professionalità, esperienza, cordialità e altre qualità, per non parlare della pulizia perfetta degli ambienti e dei macchinari.
La consiglio vivamente a tutti, anche a chi come me era fermo da anni e non riusciva a prendere la decisione di riniziare!
 I state that I recently started attending this gym, but immediately I found great professionalism, experience, friendliness and other qualities, not to mention the perfect cleanliness of the rooms and machinery.
I highly recommend it to everyone, even to those like me who had been standing still for years and could not make the decision to start again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto accogliente... con personale disponibile e molto professionale... una cosa a cui tengo in particolar modo è l igiene ed alla valdera wellness si rispetta a pieno le regole di igienizzazione anti covid e ordine e pulizia sempre eccellenti... !!!!
Very welcoming gym ... with helpful and very professional staff ... one thing I particularly care about is hygiene and at valdera wellness we fully respect the anti-covid hygiene rules and always excellent order and cleaning ...! !!!

Very large gym with parking. Staff available, friendly and prepared, ready for every need! Large room with new tools and wide variety of courses .. Recommended for all age groups!

One of the best fitness centers in the valdera! Weights room with brand new technogym equipment, courses of all kinds (from toning, cardio, functional and holistic) held by very professional instructors.
