Mi ci son approcciata con cautela ma ho trovato ciò che faceva al caso mio, un corso dove anche una "imbranata" come me avrebbe potuto imparare a difendersi e sentirsi più sicura pur senza aver particolari doti fisiche o atletiche. Sono ormai 9 anni che pratico il WT e nell'associazione AWTI ho trovato una seconda famiglia, un gruppo eterogeneo di amici che insieme si divertono ed imparano a gestire le situazioni di pericolo, cosa che a me è servita soprattutto per affrontare alcune situazioni "difficili" a lavoro.
