Un paio di giorni dopo scopro che l'annuncio è stato rimosso dal sito. Da Val Casa nessun avviso, ne tramite mail ne tramite telefono. Mi ha risposto una persona che mi ha detto di utilizzare il contatto mail. Ho usato quello del loro sito internet e mi hanno risposto poche ore dopo, fissando l'appuntamento per la visita. L'agente immobiliare, presentatosi puntualissimo all'appuntamento, ci ha accompagnato in macchina fino alle porte della Val Brutta dove, prima di farci vedere la casa, ci ha mostrato e spiegato il contesto.
