★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberto Bonfadini kann man nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Er ist super hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar, hat uns vor, während und - was ganz besonders toll ist- auch nach dem Kauf IMMER und jederzeit zur Seite gestanden. Alle sprachlichen Barrieren konnten dank seiner Hilfe überwunden werden, und auch rechtliche und sonstige Fragen wurden und werden von ihm gerne und mit viel Geduld beantwortet. Wenn irgendetwas nicht so läuft, wie es soll: Er hilft.
Die erstandene Immobilie erfüllt, unserer Meinung nach, auch hohe deutsche Standards.
 We can only recommend Alberto Bonfadini unreservedly: He is super helpful, always approachable, has ALWAYS stood by us before, during and - which is especially great - after the purchase. All language barriers could be overcome thanks to his help, and legal and other questions were and will be answered gladly and with a lot of patience by him. If something doesn't go as it should: He helps.
In our opinion, the purchased property also meets high German standards.

Burocraticamente molto scrupolosi attenti alle esigenze dell'acquirente e molto precisi dettagliatati delle comunicazioni. Capitolato molto vario e con materiali innovativi moderni e adattabili ad ogni esigenza, i vari operai (idraulici,elettricisti,imbianchino.....) molto scrupolosi professionali e gentili. Esposizione eccellente un terrazzo ampio e profondo, isolamento eccezionale tecnologia all'avanguardia. Ho avuto esperienze unicamente positive con questa ditta e la consiglio se volete affrontare un acquisto con serenità tranquillità e correttezza.
Prerogative della Ditta Bonfadini è professionalità, cortesia, chiarezza, precisione..... fondamentali per acquisti di questa portata.
I have been living for a month in the apartment purchased by this company and I must say that everything was flawless. Bureaucratically very scrupulous attentive to the needs of the buyer and very precise detailed communications. Very varied specifications and with modern innovative materials adaptable to every need, the various workers (plumbers, electricians, painters .....) very scrupulous, professional and kind. Excellent exposure a large and deep terrace, exceptional insulation, cutting-edge technology. I have had only positive experiences with this company and I recommend it if you want to make a purchase with serenity, tranquility and fairness.
Prerogatives of the Bonfadini Company are professionalism, courtesy, clarity, precision ..... fundamental for purchases of this magnitude.

Noi abbiamo comprato una casa ad Ossuccio e la qualità dei materiali usati e la cura degli spazi verdi e’ sicuramente elemento di distinzione rispetto ad altri costruttori.
Bonfadini Costruzioni is an example of professionalism and customer service. You are not left alone neither before the purchase of the house nor after. We bought a house in Ossuccio and the quality of the materials used and the care of the green spaces is certainly an element of distinction compared to other builders.
