★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io consiglio a tutti di stare alla larga da questa agenzia, soprattutto se si ha a che fare con Paolo. Preso in affitto un appartamento in prov. Sondrio, pagato 500 euro di commissione agenzia. Al momento della stipula del contratto mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto loro anche al passaggio utenze (ho pensato "bellissimo, questa si che è un'agenzia"). Morale della favola: durante la lettura del contratto si scopre essere pieno di errori, si dimentica di portare la seconda copia della chiave, (che comportano trovare il tempo per incontrarsi nuovamente in agenzia e perdere altro tempo inutilmente), il contratto firmato e poi registrato si sono dimenticati di inviarlo all'agenzia gas e luce, scoprendo poi così di essere finita nel mercato della salvaguardia (che comporta costi più alti per gas e luce). Una sola parola per questa agenzia: INCOMPETENZA.
I advise everyone to stay away from this agency, especially if you are dealing with Paolo. Rented an apartment in the prov. Sondrio, paid an agency commission of 500 euros. At the time of signing the contract they told me that they would also provide them with the passage of utilities (I thought "beautiful, this is an agency"). Moral of the story: while reading the contract it turns out to be full of errors, you forget to bring the second copy of the key, (which involve finding time to meet again in the agency and waste more time in vain), the contract signed and then recorded they forgot to send it to the gas and electricity agency, thus discovering that they ended up in the safeguarding market (which involves higher costs for gas and electricity). One word for this agency: INCOMPETENCE.
