★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lavoro di levigatura del pavimento in legno lo fece bene con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pagato in anticipo qualche ora prima che terminasse il lavoro perché dovetti andare via. Lui finì il lavoro e se ne andò ma, sicuramente involontariamente, non chiuse bene una finestra in una stanza. Il caso volle che da lì a poco iniziò a piovere con vento forte; la finestra si aprì e al ritorno a casa mi trovai una pozzanghera d'acqua nel pavimento appena levigato. Purtroppo il parquet in quel punto bevve acqua, gonfiò ed è rimasto macchiato. Lo chiamai subito per dirgli dell'accaduto e si scusò. Disse che sarebbe ritornato al più presto per rimediare. Dopo qualche settimana glielo ricordai e lui disse che sarebbe venuto il Lunedì. Dopo qualche mese, con tono scocciato, lo risollecitai per l'ennesima volta; prese la scusa del Covid ma disse che appena avrebbe potuto sarebbe venuto a sistemare il danno da lui provocato. Il lavoro fu fatto a Settembre 2019 e ad oggi 25/02/22 non si è ancora visto. Ognuno tragga le proprie conclusioni in termini di serietà e professionalità.
 The sanding work of the wooden floor did it well with good value for money. Paid in advance a few hours before the job ended because I had to leave. He finished the job and left but, surely involuntarily, he didn't shut a window in a room properly. As it happened, it soon began to rain with strong winds; the window opened and on returning home I found a puddle of water on the freshly smoothed floor. Unfortunately the parquet at that point drank water, swelled and remained stained. I called him immediately to tell him what had happened and he apologized. He said he would be back soon to make up for it. After a few weeks I reminded him and he said he would come on Monday. After a few months, with an annoyed tone, I woke him up for the umpteenth time; he took the Covid excuse but said that as soon as he could he would come to fix the damage he caused. The work was done in September 2019 and to date 25/02/22 has not yet been seen. Everyone draws their own conclusions in terms of seriousness and professionalism.
