★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vergognosi, dopo essere venuti e in 2 minuti, senza neanche aprire la caldaia, mi diagnosticano un problema di canna fumaria. costo di 2 minuti di lavoro 80 euro con fattura o 50 senza (la chiamata doveva costarne 40..). con qualche rimostranza pago 50. il giorno dopo vado in ufficio per avere una giustificazione della richiesta di 80 euro, dopo aver parlato con il tecnico non sanno cosa dire se non scusarsi e promettermi l' invio della fattura dei 50 euro pagati. a 2 mesi di distanza la sto ancora aspettando..
