Al termine dell'intervento chiedono pagamento in contanti o con assegno. "Dopo" rilasceranno la fattura. Al termine di una discussione raggiunto accordo per bonifico immediato on line su iban della società e invio fattura a breve. Assegno due stelle perché il lavoro sulla caldaia Rotex appare correttamente eseguito.

At the end of the intervention, they ask for payment in cash or by check. "After" they will release the invoice. At the end of a discussion, an agreement was reached for an immediate online transfer to the company's iban and a short invoice. I give two stars because the work on the Rotex boiler appears to have been correctly carried out.

Non ricevendo alcuna risposta, mi sono permesso di chiamare nuovamente e mi è stato risposto che non forniscono più preventivi via mail; risultato, ho perso 48 ore di tempo e mi ritrovo ancora con l'acqua fredda in casa. Tengo a sottolineare che il risponditore automatico di Bosch mi ha fornito il loro contatto. Vergongosi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diversi giorni che li contatto telefonicamente con scarsissimi risultati....stavo ricercando una scheda madre di una unità interna della Fujitsu per la sostituzione..sono solo riuscito a sapere che la possono fornire e, ad oggi dopo diversi di prova di contatto, non sono ancora riuscito ad avere una loro proposta di acquisto.....cosa devo fare per avere tale informazione?
I have been contacting them by phone for several days with very poor results .... I was looking for a motherboard of a Fujitsu internal unit for replacement ... I only managed to know that they can provide it and, to date after several contact tests, I haven't been able to get their purchase proposal yet ..... what should I do to get this information?

A volte una persona è maleducata senza che dall'altra parte della cornetta ve ne sia un altra. Mi spiace che difenda l'indifendibile.
La sua segretaria è stata pessima.
Se non rispetta la faccia dell'azienda sarebbe opportuno almeno un richiamo ma dalle recensioni che vedo qui è Normale amministrazione.
80€ di chiamata più paga oraria per vedere il problema a pochi km dalla casa, in vita mia non mi era mai capitato per nessun problema tecnico.
Poi non parli di cose che non conosce ho chiamato voi solamente perché sareste in teoria i tecnici ufficiali hi-sense
E a voi i pezzi arrivano prima del tecnico che era venuto prima...quindi non si inventi cose Che non esistono.

Con loro ho installato una nuova caldaia Daikin con termostato Nest, una delle poche aziende disponibile ad installare quello che chiedevo. Personalmente non capisco le altre recensioni negative.
Non posso che consigliarli.
