A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari non rispettati, delle volte non arrivano per nulla per un ora saltando due turni. Hanno pubblicato sul sito che vi sono 3 persone dedite all'attività di controllore, invece vi sono 4 - due uomini, una donna anziana con capelli bianchi oltre un'imbucata, che è assunta come autista è donna, in carne, bionda, con capelli lunghi, bassa di statura, con maniere da vero camionista: strappa i biglietti di mano alla gente, per poi non lasciare compostare il biglietto in quanto lei te lo strappa in due, un reato il suo, considerato che il titolo di viaggio appartiene all'utilizzatore che magari deve farselo rimborsare seguito utilizzo. Che altro aggiungere a questo ? Che autisti non aprono tutte le porte del bus, magari di concorso con controllore proprio per sottoporre i clienti al medesimo trattamento osceno e ripugnante risultato: tutti per scendere e salite dalla medesima porta, nel bus dove i cartelli Covid intimano di mantenere una distanza di 1 mt. Corse scarse e super affollate, gran parte del territorio della provincia non servito, fermate prive di qualsiasi protezione dalla pioggia (però ci sono le panchine intelligenti!!!) Nice website. Chi deve prendere il treno alla stazione lo perde, chi va a lavorare arriva in ritardo e chi porta i figli a scuola idem. No comment penosi e grandissimi ritardatari!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sono costretta ad utilizzarlo per recarmi a lavoro ma puntualmente arriva o troppo in ritardo o gli autisti non aspettano l'orario adeguato e partono prima lasciandoti senza passaggio. Ho chiamato l'assistenza per i viaggiatori e mi hanno gentilmente chiuso il telefono in faccia. Non farò mai più l'abbonamento. Bad service. Do 2stelle solo perché so che non è colpa dei dipendenti ma è mal organizzare del azienda.
