★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If are looking for a place where personnel has not even a far idea of what customer care is, you found it! Arrogance and unkindness is what they serve the best. A place I would strongly recommend not to go unless you really want to ruin your day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst alpine huts I've ever been to. €5,90 for a liter bottle of still water. Everything looks old and we made the mistake to stop here as the children where hungry. The worst thing is, that you have to pay in advance e.g. before you even receive your food. Incredible! How can this business be recommended by the Tourism Organisation of Alta Badia?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put 1 star because I cannot put less. Horrible service. We arrived the first when the place was empty, half an hour later, the waiter had not taken our order and there were serving food to everyone else who arrived later. We called the waiter couple of times, he approached our table and always turned back to serve others. When he finally came to us and we asked to pay for the drinks and leave because of the long waiting, the waiter ( a Croatian guy) was extremely rude and did not even say sorry. Go anywhere else except of here
