Highly recommended! Pleasant interpretation by the chef of typical dishes revisited in a modern key without extremes. Few precise and well-finished dishes.
Great service, the staff is kind, attentive but without that awe that is sometimes impersonal!
The amuse-bouche before the appetizer and the pre and post sweet dessert were interesting and tasty and obviously very welcome! Compliments!

Nonostante siano pochi, i piatti sono fatti tutta con molta cura.
Abbiamo preso del salmone e della trota come antipasto e anche una tartare di carne molto buoni.
La sorpresa é stata un risotto all'ortica con dei gamberi rossi tagliati finissimi. L'accostamento tra l'ortica e il gambero é stato azzeccato ed é piaciuto tanto.
Anche i dolci molto particolari tra cui uno composto da mousse alla fragola e un biscotto al rosmarino anche questo accostamento azzeccato e molto buono.
Nel complesso tutto molto buono e i prezzi adeguati alla qualità delle pietanze.
Di sicuro ci ritorneremo.
Very small restaurant near Corvara, with a very limited menu.
Despite being few, the dishes are all made with great care.
We had salmon and trout as a starter and also a very good meat tartare.
The surprise was a nettle risotto with very fine cut red prawns. The combination of nettle and shrimp was spot on and liked it a lot.
Even the very special desserts including one consisting of strawberry mousse and a rosemary biscuit, this combination is also apt and very good.
Overall all very good and the prices adequate to the quality of the dishes.
For sure we will return.

The chef de cuisine, Hermann Andritsch, skilfully combines Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Asian elegance.
