★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ho messo 6 mesi per avere un medico e ora ce ne sto mettendo altrettanti per cambiarlo. Quando abitavo in Lombardia (fino a un anno fa) erano cose che facevo in un giorno. Vergogna
It took me 6 months to get a doctor and now it takes me 6 months to change him. When I lived in Lombardy (until a year ago) they were things I did in one day. Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente scorbutico siamo stati questa mattina con appuntamento a forza di tentativi a vuoto…per cambiare il dottore sembra di fare una odissea problemi a non finire sapendo benissimo che poi tra loro si fanno favoritismi in lungo e in largo questa è la vergogna dell’Italia Per un cittadino italiano che lavora e paga le tasse questo è il ringraziamento mentre quelli che arrivano con i barconi hanno la precedenza sanitaria ancora vergogna al incompetente personale senza spirito d’umanità e altruismo, trattamento pessimo
Really grumpy staff we were this morning with an appointment by dint of unsuccessful attempts ... to change the doctor it seems to make an odyssey endless problems knowing full well that then favoritism is made between them far and wide this is the shame of Italy For an Italian citizen who works and pays taxes this is thanks while those who arrive with the boats have the health precedence still shame on the incompetent staff without a spirit of humanity and altruism, bad treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Avrò fatto mille telefonate. Nessuno risponde MAI. Per il cambio del medico ho inviato mail e utilizzato anche la piattaforma online (per niente intuitiva e pratica) e ancora nessuna risposta dopo un mese. Mi sono recata di persona e mi hanno ricacciata a casa perché senza appuntamento non ricevono. Ma come si fa a prendere appuntamento? Devo mandare un messo a cavallo??
Bad. I must have made a thousand phone calls. Nobody answers EVER. For the change of doctor I sent emails and also used the online platform (not at all intuitive and practical) and still no response after a month. I went in person and they sent me home because they don't receive without an appointment. But how do you make an appointment? Do I have to send a messenger on horseback?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono a dir poco vergognosi. Da quindici giorni provo a chiamare per prendere un appuntamento e non hanno mai risposto. Oggi mi sono recata personalmente e ovviamente non ti lasciano passare perchè non hai appuntamento... che simpatici... UN CIRCO!!
They are shameful to say the least. For fifteen days I have been trying to call to make an appointment and they never answered. Today I went personally and obviously they won't let you pass because you don't have an appointment ... how nice ... A CIRCUS !!
