Oggi 6 agosto 2021 mi sono recata alle 9.15 per fare un prelievo di sangue a mio figlio di 8 anni. In 10 minuti netti abbiamo fatto l’accettazione, il prelievo e volendo, altro punto positivo è che essendo struttura pubblica si detrae anche se si paga in contanti, questo non è propriamente giusto, ma è così! La cosa straordinaria però è stato il trattamento, le infermiere e le persone hanno mostrato una empatia, una gentilezza ed una professionalità rara. Le ringrazio con tutto il cuore. Condivido questa esperienza perché estremamente positiva, mi rendo conto che su tante persone, all’ospedale capita di trovare persone poco cortesi e maleducate, ma capita anche il contrario e non è corretto ed equo parlare solo delle esperienze negative. Gli ospedali sono strutture enormi e complicate. Popolate di persone e professionisti che nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi salvano la vita. Altrimenti non si spiegherebbe l’età media nazionale!!!! In questo specifico caso non posso che suggerire di rivolgersi all’ospedale di Villafranca per i prelievi tanto per cominciare, perché l’alternativa del Lab Vill a Villafranca invece, incarna la maleducazione e l’arroganza. Continuate e reiterate. E non si può sperare di cambiare interlocutore, l’interlocutore è quello. Ed hanno questa arroganza senza salvare vite… Insomma se avete bisogno, per statistica all’ospedale avrete più probabilità di trovare persone umane, invece di avere la certezza di trovare persone arroganti e maleducate. In this specific case, I can only suggest contacting the hospital in Villafranca for blood samples to begin with, because the alternative of Lab Vill in Villafranca instead embodies rudeness and arrogance. Continue and repeat. And one cannot hope to change interlocutor, that is the interlocutor. And they have this arrogance without saving lives ... In short, if you need to, by statistic at the hospital you will be more likely to find human people, instead of having the certainty of finding arrogant and rude people.
S	Silvia Zardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto nascite tra i migliori! Ho avuto mia figlia ai primi di agosto e mi sono trovata benissimo, sembrava di stare in una clinica privata. Preparati, gentili, disponibili, non solo durante il travaglio e poi il parto ma anche dopo, seguono con molta attenzione e gentilezza sia mamma che neonato, fantastici! Il mio compagno è rimasto con me dal ricovero fino a tre ore dopo la nascita. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff Birth point among the best! I had my daughter in early August and I had a great time, it was like being in a private clinic. Prepared, kind, available, not only during labor and then the birth but also after, they follow with great attention and kindness both mother and baby, fantastic! My partner stayed with me from hospitalization for up to three hours after birth. Really compliments to all the staff

Anche per il secondo intervento alla spalla sx rinnovo i miei ringraziamenti al Dott. Agostini, al Dott. Costa, a tutto il personale anestesisti, pre ricovero, infermieri ed inservienti molto umani, professionali, gentili e capaci! Thanks to Doctor Agostini Saulo for introducing me to the facility, thanks to Doctor Costa Alberto for having done the operation on the right shoulder, thanks to all the staff of the 2nd floor arm B for kindness, friendliness, competence and professionalism. Also for the second surgery on the left shoulder I renew my thanks to Dr. Agostini, to Dr. Costa, to all the anesthetists, pre-hospitalization, nurses and very human, professional, kind and capable staff!
H	HARRISON OBUH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono appena stato al pronto soccorso di Villafranca con mia cognata che aveva problemi respiratori;al pronto soccorso il medico di turno purtroppo un maleducato,e secondo me inabile ad attendere alle persone. Sgrida al paziente,e non sforza nemmeno a capire il problema del paziente... è un peccato che non sappia il nome del medico,se no lo menzionavo qui. È una vergogna che uno si recca al pronto soccorso per poi trovarsi un imbecille di turno. Bruttissima esperienza....se uno lascia casa sua per venire al PS ci sarà un motivo dio porco....anche se uno ha asma,un malore è un malore e non va sottovalutato!!!! Sono schiffato da questo accaduto. Una denuncia ti meriteresti. Faro' sicuramente reclamo all'Urp su consiglio dell'urp di Bussolengo gentilissimi, il contrario di Villafranca! Cmq un consiglio... Prima di inviare mail che restano scritti pensateci!!! Siete veramente incompetenti!!! Qualcuno sicuramente se ne prenderà le proprie responsabilità!!! Complimenti anche a tutti infermieri e personale del reparto. BRAVI ?!!!! I had to undergo a very complex intervention in the Urology department. The staff from the Primary to all colleagues are exceptional, both for the professional level and for the human one. Congratulations also to all nurses and staff on the ward. GOOD ? !!!!

Professionali, gentili,competenti, affidabili,umani. Un punto nascita tra i migliori della zona. Consiglio a tutte le mamme di rivolgersi al SSN per tutto il periodo della gravidanza e di affidarsi al punto nascita. Nel mio caso mi hanno curato e attenzionato nel migliore dei modi, con tanta umanità (elemento non scontato di questi tempi). I'm talking about my experience: pregnancy and childbirth all through the NHS in the Villafranca hospital. I can only talk about how amazing all the staff are! Professional, kind, competent, reliable, humane. A birth point among the best in the area. I advise all mothers to contact the NHS for the entire period of pregnancy and to rely on the point of birth. In my case, they looked after me in the best way possible, with a lot of humanity (an element not taken for granted these days).

Mio padre di 81 anni prelevato a casa dall ambulanza con una gamba bloccata e che non si regge in piedi lasciato 4 ore da solo ad aspettare perché non è una priorità. 81 anni, 4 ore ad aspettare e al momento lo devono ancora vedere. Mia madre, con green pass, non può nemmeno entrare a confortarlo e tranquillizzarlo. 81 anni sa solo 4 ore. Lo ripeto perché sia chiaro a chi pensa che questo governo sta facendo tutto per noi e tine un sacco alla nostra salute. Business e distruzione della sanità pubblica unico scopo. E quali non ci provi neppure a dire il contrario.
